Thank you, Crystal and Derek, for making sure that us new owners get disease free goats! I appreciate that! It was such a big deal to know that I could put Chatty Kathy (😉😆) with my does sooner than I'd normally put a new goat with my herd. She's learning to get along with her sisters and not near as stressed about quarantine anymore. ❤
Such beautiful little doeling, she’s a stunner, she sure has a awesome sweet personality. Hope they show her, betting she’ll walk away with ribbons if they do.
I'd have a hard time letting that little cutiepie go too. She will be a wonderful goat to bring to a show. Good temper, tolerates new experiences very well, and her body structure is beautiful. I would love to get an update on her udder from the lucky new owners. Hope we can see it!
She is such a beautiful doeling!!!!You gals look great as always!! Thank you for taking such great care and delivering the new goats to their new home. Sometimes with transportation can be a little stressful and y’all make it look easy! Y’all are too kind and have such a beautiful herd ❤ pretty sure her owner is happy and excited with Daisy Dukes 😊
Oh lawd,I also have a blue eyed doeling named Daisy Dukes! She's gold and white, though.❤ I don't think she'd do as well as your beautiful Daisy in the bath though, lol
This is so crazy but just às you were talking about the heat my phone gave weather notification that we will have a heat advisory for today! So many are going through this though! Hope y'all stay safe! God bless!
Gorgeous, beautiful Daisy Duke! I bet that pool bath felt good, too! Great job, Emily! Sure have missed y'all, but know y'all are super busy! Take care, and I love y'all!❤
I cant even! ❤ I was so glad to talk to Derek and get his knowledge about my 2 baby rescue goats. I'm sure he giggled many times at my stupidity!😂 I hope to give my goats a good, solid home with lots of love and knowledge that comes from watching your videos..and maybe a few frantic calls to you (be prepared!) Much love to you all ❤🙏🐐
She was my first pick but we are so happy with our second Chloe!! She visited tractor supply and royal king yesterday just for a day out to relax. Can’t wait to see the delivery video!! Take care!
Daisy is so adorable I couldn’t give her away I couldn’t do it was so glad to see you and Emily posted a video have missed seeing you both. I bet you have been struggling in the horrible heat so far in Maryland it hasn’t been to bad in the 90s but that awful humidity ugh have a great day and try to stay cool you and Emily are doing such a great job love you guys ❤❤❤❤
I've gotten to where I cut a pool noodle in half and put it on each side of the head clamp on the stand. I just wrapped it with baling twine to hold it on. It helps hold the smaller ones so they can't escape and makes the bigger girls feel better about something soft clamping their necks.
Wow Emily is a champ bathing the baby. How often do you recommend bathing all goats? And could you make a video explaining buck behavior? I have a six month old buck who has always been my favorite. Very calm very playful and just yesterday he began to be confrontational with me and aggressive ☹️ what can I do to be able to attend to him without getting attacked?
All bucks change their demeanor a bit when they "come of age." Some get aggressive but never allow him to think it's OK. Try using a squirter bottle and squirter him in the face at any sign of aggression. It might work and it might not. They all have their own personalities.
@@BlueCactusDairyGoats Hello there thank you for sharing your thoughts and just to give a quick update, that squirt bottle idea really did work. Thank you! Oh and by the way, my four year old boy loves your channel and we just learned you guys sell your own logo t shirts and he’s been on to me all day. Momma did you buy me blue cactus dairy goat shirt already 😅
@laurie8166 Having raised dairy goats for 30+ years I never had a problem with buck aggression even with going into rut. My secret..raisins..they love I mean love raisins. I would give twice daily. No aggression. There are also Manno pro licorice flavored goat treats. My buck loves those. My does really love their treats especially after milking.
Actually, there are times in life we are just really busy. "Pay TV" (Patreon) gets extra content and know things first but we still post to RU-vid. Try not to make assumptions all the time.
@BlueCactusDairyGoats I've unsubscribed. That's all. I live on disability here in Canada and barely get enough to live on, can't afford to pay to watch videos.
