Integrity. It's the FIRST ground I will stand for, and it will help you recognize somebody that doesn't have it. Left a good company based on only a couple principles but they mattered in my eyes.

It’s always very difficult doing the right thing when you surrounded by people who don’t have integrity but you try shed the best light possible especially when you a Christian. I just always try to remind myself that it’s Jehovah God that gave me this Job so I have to please him first and do his will the way he wants me to do it. 3rd Year HVACR Commercial Apprentice here in Australia. Im new to your Channel, would love to see more videos encouraging Apprentices while also putting God first. I like your Channel and thanks for sharing your years of experience with us here.

You stand by your work it's you not your boss

So true. The techs who occupy all their effort to do things the right way, does not may the dollars quick but they can rest assure, they have left the customers equipment running efficiently and guarantee the customers less frequent breakdowns. The techs that overlook the correct procedures because it's time consuming, will make loads of dollars quickly but they have left the customers with higher electric bills because of an inefficient equipment and they enroll themselves in the "call back techs" category. Though some don't mind the call backs because they can blame another component, ignoring the fact that their poor initial work could have been a contributing factor and they bill the customer again. Technical robbery without a gun 😅 and the customers remain ignorant.

I quit doing HVAC because I changed jobs. But the knowledge came in good when my condensing unit quit working two days ago. Simple fix, just replaced a bad capacitor

My family business I grew up in never even knew what a micron gauge is. They will fight you if you bring up anything of the sort. Good riddance
