It doesn't really need promoting with 12000 people actively using it :-) It's the platform we've built for designers to learn and practice (and the free plan is enough for most people to practice)

First of all I don't use Figma in any of my real client projects so my process is a bit different. As for ideation that really depends on the project - for many simple ones this is just a logical exercise and a lot of competitive analysis :)
