yo whats your thoughts on the sdmp? I think that theres going to be a rise in modded users due to these popular creators having a heavily modded server
Just a random question, does your game lag when you use better combat mod with shaders, because mine lags when i try to fight using better combat while using shaders, I use Complementary Shaders undound and i get an average of 100fps, and ive tried other shaders but still lags
They need to make java editions engine better i get bedrock exists but java's scaling to modern hardware is horrible , had more stable modpacks with more mods and higher render distances a decade ago :/
Bedrocks honestly not any better, yea you can run higher render distance with better performance, but the performance is still below average and the glitches are horrendous. Modded Java seems like the best bet right now
i've fallen in love with distant horizons and modded mc in general but it's still very buggy and makes even the best pc shit itself. I'm still experimenting on how to get everything working on fps that don't make me want to puke but not much luck so far if you want shaders and DH on a modpack.
