its not nice loosing your normal life i used to be a welder fabricator who helped everyone and now i need help and i have found some really nice people who understand whats happening to me and are going to help its took me a year and a half to finally admit to my self i am not very well as i have tried to soldier on loosing my job not being allowed to ride my motorbike and wetting my bed so now i wear a giant nappy ☹ and that's just some of my problems
💜 I’m epileptic I’ve had epilepsy since I was 9 and I’m 31 On loads of medications luckily I know when I’m going to have a seizure so I’m prepared. Does affect me with my job and playing sport, I quit football in 2019 due to head knocks miss a little bit but hey ho.
I did the same thing dude, worked myself 40+ hours a week having multiple seizures a week, I soon realised work was making me worse, I hope you get a routine fixed and get yourself some recovery. If you haven’t already look up the Keto diet, I’ve heard that helps some people
