Actually I change my mind on the first one. I was too simple to capture its magnificence at the time.
The Digital Circus brainrot NEVER ENDS. The saddest (and cringiest) part of all this bs is the fact that most of those awful videos are made by companies that use what they take for non-copyrighted content (the TADC characters), they don't know the show, they don't understand it, they just see a trend they can exploit to make more money from.

@@thelivingglitch1371 You mean trademarking. In the US, everything you make is automatically copyrighted the moment you create it. However, characters themselves can not be copyrighted, only the works that they appear in. For example, Disney owns the copyright to Steamboat Willie (which actually expires next year), not to Mickey Mouse. As a side note, copyrighting or trademarking a work does not protect it from Fair Use, as Fair Use already assumes that the work is copyrighted (which it is by default in the US) or trademarked. However, if brought to court, I think it would be a hard argument to describe many of these videos as Fair Use, since many of the animators are using them as a source of income.

@@dani007a I'm glad you point out the difference between Copyright and Trademark, but there's one bit you missed -- Fair Use DOES protect commercial usage (court case: Campbell v. Acuff-Rose Music, inc) if the infringing work is clearly parody, satire, academic criticism, or so on. I also agree the dreck the content farms crap out probably wouldn't qualify if Gooseworx actually exercised her DMCA rights.

Reasons why the show is funny!: 1. The animation design 2. The characters look funny (they look like toys) 3. Gangle is funny even when she cries 4. Characters names are funny (Pomni is a name people never heard of) 5. It centers around a circus which carries silliness 6. Looks like a children’s show or computer game made in the 90s 7. Hey Vanamellon, just finished watching this video and i like it. I also watch the video the amazing digital circles. It was interesting to watch. The characters were interesting as well. Out of all the characters in the show, my favorite is Pomni. Sure she tries to find a way out of the place and other stuff, but i see that she also tries to help her friend. I hope you never give up on your dreams. Can't wait to see more of your videos, especially the fluttershy videos. They are my favorites and fluttershy is one of my favorite characters that you have.
