Nezuko living in the sun isn’t just pointless plot armor, it is the first instance of a demon surviving in the sun, and that causes Muzan to start hunting her personally (Yes, the plot from now on is Michael Jackson hunting a little girl) which is the only way for them to actually find him and start the fight

You know what's funny? Tanjiro never uses the thunderbreathing again 💀 So they legit gave It to him so the plot can happen.

Just so you know hantengu is no where near to Akaza's strength. There are some big gaps in power in the uppermoons, akaza way stronger than hantenu, douma way stronger then akaza and kokushibo demolishes everyone.

akaza punched doma becuaee he invaded his personal space which Kokushibo probably understood. But when akaza continued to attack doma for no reason, he had a reason to put a stop to it.

Ik most people were mad about Nezuko surviving, but now that she has sun immunity, if Muzan absorbs her he will be immortal. I know it seems like an ass pull, but really it heightens the stakes, because now it wouldn’t just ruin tanjiros life, it would ruin their only chance at winning against muzan

Nezuko surviving absolutely changes the course of the entire story here on out, bruh!

Her conquering the sun is literally the most important part of the story!!! Please tell me you knew this

You can't ride the emotional roller coaster with Tanjiro if you don't get invested in Nezuko's death first. It would have diminished the scene significantly to watch Tanjiro handling his duty immediately following her sacrifice if we weren't as convinced as he was that she _was_ sacrificed.

From that point he played with his parents corpse and put it underwater. He then was obsessed with fish. So when muzan turned him into a demon he became a fish demon with pleasure

The thing about season 3 is we have a lot of questions and so many “plot armors” but these things have explanations in the later seasons. The explanations will help in making this season more fun as per my experience rereading this after the manga ended

The thing is that Upper Rank 1, The Mysterious Swordsman with the Earrings, and Sumiyoshi who was talking to that guy, none are Tanjiro's Dad. Tanjiro's father first came in Season 1, then again in the Mugen Movie, he has an orange checkers haori unlike Tanjiro and Sumiyoshi's green.

the fight between muichiro and gyokko was good and i am pretty sure they were just showcasing how the demon slayer mark helps a lot

Tbh I like that Nezuko lived because it makes Muzan's plan even scarier. Now it involves capturing and killing Nezuko so he could conquer the sun. It makes his evil plan more personal towards Tanjiro. I feel like this season should've swapped places with the Entertainment District arc in terms of stakes. I definitely agree that Upper 6 was way more threatening than 4 and 5 combined, so it would've narratively made more sense for it to come after.

This is one sure is one of the anime reviews of all time.

Personally I think the highlights of this season were when Tanjiro uses Sun halo dragon head dance, and the final episode was also very good. I do agree with the fact that season 2 is probably better, but I did not dislike season 3 I still thought it was good.
