You might have found this out already, but Blut means blood in German and is where the English word comes from (the u is a double o sound) and then Bad (Baden for plural) means bath, so Bloodbath. The names of the Wesen (the creatures, Wesen means like being, essence, souls) always amused me because I grew up speaking German. Nice having a language in a show I understood as opposed to Spanish or something that I didn’t even learn in school as it’s not generally taught at school in England. Haven’t watched this show for a while, but I remember liking a lot of things about it, so hope you keep it up :)
