Fun fact: These characters can be found with one or two lines from EN and JP VAs and a short written intro on the official site and have been there for quite some time now. I actually figured out Amber May was Dehya when I listened to her Star Rail character's voice and distinctly heard Dehya in it. Genshin characters who share VAs with Honkai characters in EN: Felicia Angelle: Mona - Asta, Hook Dani Chambers: Nilou - Arlan Elizabeth Maxwell: Rosaria - Natasha Alejandro Saab: Cyno - Jing Yuan Amber May: Dehya - Yanqing Anjali Kunapaneni: Dori - Sushang I gotta say I look forward to seeing more of these "easter eggs" as the official site updates with new characters. I particularly liked Alejandro as Cyno and Felicia as Mona so I'm interested to see them here as well (especially seeing as Hook sounds so differently I might not have noticed it's the same person if it wasn't written there), but the sheer contrast of Nilou and Arlan in voice and all the other characters in personality makes me really excited to see differences in the voices as well.

I knew Jing Yuan was gonna be my main ever since I saw the drip market PV at the game awards but now that I know Alejandro’s voicing him too, my card is ready to swipe! And I was just hoping to try this game out free to play 😅

I wonder if Hoyo have a optimization for changing the camera view during combat and certain characters might have certain animation/voiceline on certain enemies/bosses they fight against with. Like Serval might have a strong/competitive voiceline into the robots but have a softer/sad voiceline on the corrupted soldiers

At first I wasn't planning on pulling for Seele compared to the Standard cast, but hearing she can multi-attack and stealth sound like they'd be literally OP for this kind of game.

This is so exciting! I’m going to have to wait to play this when it comes out on PS5, but I’m just happy it’s coming to consoles at all! My PC can handle Honkai Impact 3rd, but idk about this.

I'm hyped for this game for months now and I can't wait for the official release. I grew up with turn-based combat games, so this is right up my alley. Another thing: I wasn't there for the launch of Genshin Impact, so Honkai: Star Rail will be special to me in that regard. I'm just hoping that I'm not in the hospital on April 26th - I want at least to play the start of the game on my PC, please. I'm waiting for Kafka, Dan Heng, Welt, Clara, Blade and Jing Yuan.

13:03 You’ve seen welt as a stigmata in honkai which yes thats true As for how important he is in the story? He has made more appearances far later in the games story so hes kind of important. As the EN voice actor said, hes a big fan of adventure, hes 1 of the only 2 characters that actually traveled from Honkai’s universe, into star rails.

I'm legit hyped for Star Rail because the concept looks fun and I love turn based combat. The only thing I'm actively hoping for is that the game keeps the HI3 connections and references to a minimum. I played around 2 hours of HI3 and I have 0 interest in going back to it so it would be extremely annoying to have no clue what's happening in this new game just because I haven't played the other game, and so far the fact that there are around 5 or 6 characters from Impact 3rd here is making me pretty worried.

It’s crazy that hoyoverse takes the best of Genshin and honkai and made something next gen…again!

I have many questions: 1- Are uploading videos of the game? If so, are you uploading them on this channel? 2- Are you going to be up to date with the game, or somewhat behind like you do with Genshin? ?- I had questions and still do, but they are so many so just don't bother replying...

Take note that the male and female MC are same stat at level 1, not like in Genshin both Travelers are not same stats at level 1 😊 The little Bronya is not Bronya it's Silver Wolf, and the big Bronya is Bronya of course hehe

SPEED is going to be the GOD STAT of this game. It determines the number of turns one could do in a single cycle, and the sequence of attacks/turns for a specific combo. My hellish Onmyoji experience is coming back to me.

It looks cool, but I worry the ultimate animations will get old

I guess star rail going to be slow paced fight considering all the ult take times and all the loading screen since it's not open world like genshin in term of exploration, kinda curious with the story tho
