I made a small theory! I think i know why Jax is upset when they mention "Kaufmo". As we can see at Kaufmo's funeral Gangle held up a picture of Gangle and Kaufmo hugging so i think that means they are buddies. And Jax and Kaufmo are buddies too. (Kaufmo is like friends to everyone because of his jokes. But Jax and Kaufmo and Gangle and Kaufmo are close) And in the first episode Pomni, Jax, and Ragatha go check on Kaufmo, they open the door and find abstracted kaufmo inside. Before Jax runs off... He grabs a Bolling ball. And Jax grabs it and says " Hey, I've been looking for this! Thanks for keeping an eye on it kaufee." And then he books it. I think that Jax just wanted to be like Kaufmo but changing it up a bit with being mean. And they are good friends enough till the point that they share items. And i think why Jax is so aggressive and mean to Gangle is because he is jealous. That he thinks that Gangle is clown to and connected to Kaufmo in some way...
