Holy Crap Grievous throwing ground up Clone parts at Obi-Wan was just too much.

Could you imagine if sadistic Obi-Wan was canon, they’d have to somehow work that into the Clone Wars. Anytime Obi-Wan would be joking or bonding with the clones, you’d have the image of him mowing down clones in the back of your mind.

Obiwan always gave me the vibes that he used anger in certain moments to survive, even though he shouldn't have.

This is one of those moments where I respect Obi-wan with the stunts he went through during his duels. From holding on to dear life while Darth Maul had the high ground, to the fight with Jango Fett, to the legendary duel with Anakin in Mustafar. His duel with General Grievous was no exception and an amazing duel. But with this deleted scene, I could see Obi-wan having been pushed too far with all the stunts and absurdity he went through. I wouldn’t blame Obi-wan if he thought “Enough is enough.”

When I first saw this scene, I thought it was fanmade stuff. I mean: colleteral damage on own clones? Possible, but very unfortunate for a jedi. The Train? A bit Rridiculus. Throwing Clone-Bodyparts? How should that look like in a final product? And last but not least: Torture guy Obi Wan! What where they thinking? But as you said. Some Scenes have a reason to be cut.

I've always wondered why Greivous didn't just use his metalness when enemies are near him. Like he could just hug some one and use his mechanics to crush them or turn them to mince by swinging his arms or legs.

I think the idea behind Obi surviving his fall after Order 66 was, that he had the force to soften the impact and Boga didn't.

Grievous throwing clone remains, and the train scene, were extremely brutal, but my mouth dropped open and I was horrified when I saw Obi-Wan throw Grievous' brain out of him and shoot it! I mean, that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever scene! I am so glad this never made it into the movie. That was just so gruesome and ridiculous! It would definitely be rated R.

I think it’s also worth pointing out that since grievous and the train were traveling in opposite directions, the chase would’ve been brought to a halt, as it would’ve basically been the same as grievous driving his bike on a giant treadmill.
