not to be rude but that’s a really passive aggressive compliment because she looks beautiful with blonde and brown hair, i feel like it’s kind of rude and a back handed compliment to say she looks better with one hair color more than the other and instead you could have just complimented her that she looks good. sorry if i came off rude

For anyone want who is blonde and going dark it’s very common for it to look “black” for a bout a week. Your hair is porous so it’s going to soak up all that pigment . Which means it’s will fade just as fast . So don’t be too scared 🤍

Thanks for teaching me that. I seriously freak out every time I get my hair coloured darker because it always looks like its black, but you're right it does fade!

Hair always looks darker when freshly dyed and it does fade some after a few washes I'm here trying to be darker then I am now lol 😂 I'll be doing round two of dying my hair either the same brown I.used black color or a different dark brown lol

People don't realize how washed out they look blonde. Most people aren't naturally bright blonde, and those people who go bright blonde when they aren't naturally end up looking washed out because of their skin undertones and eye color aren't complimenting to it with enough contrast. This color looks way healthier on you!
