if it was up to me, I would go with house no 1 considering every factor , it’s closer which is way more accessible, has a pool the compound is really tidy and looks more secured, house 2 is just an eye candy plus it’s a new site, not that secured too me & also far from the city....but at the end the decision is all yours dear

This is exactly what I needed, you are the first one to think of security,which is important, the 2nd house really has factors working against it like the distance, the security, too big, no pool, etc , thank you so much dear, I love this comment

I really like the second house because of the space and the other new renovations that they are making but if it’s going to cost more like transportation and other things I would pick the first one!

Really enjoyed the tours, both houses are so nice but I would choose the 1st one for location close to everything. But if you work online and do not have to travel every day, maybe the 2nd house is ok too. The security provided at house 1 is really nice if you plan to live alone. And, you could always complete the lease and move again if you dont end up liking your choice

The second is beautiful but I would prefer the first one for quick mobility and it just suits the timing. Not too big and not too small with a a pool as a plus

Both houses are good, the 2nd one is better but it depends on how convenient it is for your lifestyle. (Work,going to town, people living with you,shopping,security) what locations are these by the way.

House #2 sure is nicer, but 1.its clearly too far off. 2. If you are moving in alone I think the space is too much for a start off 3. It doesn’t look as secure as the first house. 4. It has no pool. So house number 1 for the vote
