I went on TfW's BRAND NEW Class 197 Civities!

The bogies are weak and not as solid as the 175s. The doors you'd have to watch on a curved platform, with that gap. The announcements are enough to put me off from going anywhere, maybe just from Colwyn Bay to Rhyl, and that's it. Put them in store and bring out the 175s from storage. The front end cabs are like the devil approaching!
