Received a month ago this email talking about full reimbursement and already sent receipt of purchase but they still don’t send any money. They don’t want to talk to me, why? Are they going to pay? It’s a Home Depot appliance, 5 yrs protection plan.
I have all my receipts, I never received nor cashed a check. It’s been nine months and they haven’t showed proof I cased a check in November/December time frame.
I know your frustration. This how people do business today. Don't get involved with Vevor support if you think square trade is bad. I've been trying to get Vevor support for 4 months. My product plug melted and the machine almost caught fire. The machine was 3 months old and clearly a manufacturing defect. I started the claim in march. sent in paper work 3 times. it's like there's an 8 year old running the department. they keep rescinding and backing up. it's totally maddening.
After you bought the item on eBay, did they email you the warranty info? I was thinking about buying an item and saw on Reddit some people were having a hard time finding the claim info.
Just calll them then tell them the seller or the manufacturer doesn’t provide their limited warranty and then they will try to help you with your money back
Rs' bruh, I got the Walmart Allstate protection plan & they only offered me to pay for the repairs out of pocket and then verify the receipt after its been fixed for them to reimburse me. Outside the Manufacturer's warranty the extra I paid for insurance won't benefit me bcus I dnt have the $ to fix my item b4 getting paid for the process. It was the reason I purchased the warranty so I didn't have to spend money if something happened. Scams & schemes
They are a total scam. I have been awaiting a refund check for my broken GE profile washer for three months. The call center claims the check must be lost in the mail. FOUR TIMES!!! Please. I was scammed.
Yeah they keep saying the numbers on the recipe don't match, too bad . And walmart doesn't answer the dam phone, so I went to the store They say they have nothing to do with the warranty. I guess never again will I buy a TV from walmart, 😢 I have no TV. Now
Yelling 20 times on the phone to get a real person if you're lucky. Usually ended up in a continuous automated phone loop. They don't want to deal with customers, wasted time and total nonsense.
