This is straightforward; in my real world claim experiences with both SquareTrade and Asurion, the difference is the SquareTrade website actually works. Both companies processed and approved my claims the same day.
Home Depot Allstate Protection Plans cough Excuse me, I mean Scams is just as bad if not worse. Today makes the 5th time we had to call about filing a claim on the $149.00 Ryobi pressure washer that we bought 2 years ago for $18.00. Every time we call in they have another B.S. excuse on why we didn't get our e-gift card. I really think that the companies that force their cashiers to peddle these scams should be held accountable for their actions.
