I visited an artisanal cachaçaria in Boituva, São Paulo and tasted several cachaça. It was an incredible experience to learn about the drink's manufacturing process and learn about the different types of cachaça produced in the region. The cachaçaria had a welcoming and rustic atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff who guided us during the visit.
Throughout the tour, I had the opportunity to taste several cachaças, each with its own unique flavor and characteristics. From the most woody to the softest, I was able to appreciate the richness of aromas and flavors that artisanal cachaça can offer.
In addition to tasting the cachaças, I also learned about the history and tradition behind the production of the drink, as well as the techniques and care involved in the aging process. I was impressed by the care and dedication of the producers at each stage of manufacturing, which undoubtedly contributes to the high quality of the cachaças produced in the region.
