She’s baaaaackkkkk! So glad to see your face on my screen again! Sounds like such and amazing experience and I’m definitely putting it on my bucket list! I saw you posted some crystals on IG the other day do you think you could make more videos surrounding wellness, crystals, manifestation, etc? Planning my trip for August! How did you like the Feng Shui class? What does it entail?

I really enjoyed it! This class felt a little more inimate and community based rather than a personal experience (the rest of the classes were very personal). We just sat in a room and learned about the practice of Feng Shui - what it is, how it works, how you can use it, etc. Since I went to a love class, there were a lot of couples in there but I didn't feel lonley at all!

Thank you so much for this review! I'm going to Civana in two weeks. I'm curious what the desert bathing experience was like, did you actually take a bath?? From the description it seems like just a nature walk.

you're going to have the best time! It was basically a nature walk! At certain points you're guided to touch plants or smell certain things - it's a very grounding experience.

Did you Uber from the Phoenix airport to the resort? I’m trying to decide if I should get a rental. What do you think? Is it easy to get out of the resort into the town? Are there any shuttles?

I used the car service that Civana recommends. It was pretty pricey but it was the most convenient option for me. I didn't leave the resort (except for the hike I did) and I was told by multiple people that it was hard to find Ubers because Carefree is so far out from Pheonix. If you plan to leave the resort, there's a lot around it like restaurants, bars, etc. Civana doesn't have a shuttle to these places, but they will drive you to any hikes if you do any. I didn't find it necessary to leave the resort, but if you really want to, I'd rent a car.

hello! i plan on going & i wanted to know if the classes & spa are included when you pay for your room? or do you have to pay extra or pay the all inclusive thing?

Hi! When you book a room, you automatically get access to the classes. The spa is an extra charge if you're not doing all-inclusive. Even if you choose to just pay for the room, you can still book spa treatments they will just be an extra free.

What should one expect to pay for this experience?

The price does drastically vary based on your room, length of stay, package etc. I'd think at the minimum $800 for a couple days but again, it's different based on the time you go, what room you pick. The website lists all the prices so I'd just check there!
