I just have met you and bro, it's been a while since I laughed hard like that. Take my subscription. And I hope your next trip to BR would be calmer without any deportation risks.
I was idle-watching/listening to this while driving this morning, and was hella confused that you knew what kajmak was wtf? I had no idea you were Slavic, and I'd assume a south Slav at that? That's awesome! Ronaldinho bless you!
I am.brazilian and went to Toronto back in the summer of 2018 to study, since then I've been to a lot of countries in Europe, South America and also the US and Canada is still my favorite place on earth, people were very nice and I made a lot of friends back then.
Random video popped up and I decided to check it out...for my surprise you came to the city I live in and then I realized I worked with Paula for about 6 months for some company here. RU-vid algorithm is getting scary Also, you should try the bolinho de frango next time.
Hey nik, i stay happy for you and Paula. Dude you need comes to manaus for eat the best lanch of amazonas, the famous and delicious TAPIOCA CABOQUINHA COM CASTANHA. SEARCH FOR THIS, i think paula don't know the food, but is perfect food. The best of manaus with the fish Tamabaqui.
"I was the random white dude there". Idk if he meant he was a foreigner or actually white. Because he is not even that white compared to a lot of white people in Brazil, so probably that's why people didn't notice him. Everyone looks brazilian since brazilians are a mix of people from all over the world. Some people from cold countries who are too white and never saw sun would stands out, but Nik look like a random brazilian.
exactly, if he go to the south of brazil, he would be surprised and realize that he is not even that white compared to the people from the south of brazil lol
I went to Brazil for the first time last year with my fiance to meet her family. 12 hour flight from NZ to Chile, then flight from Chile to Sao Paulo (the most cramped flight ever!), then from Sao Paulo to Belo Horizonte. We took an Uber from the airport to a hotel. We get to the hotel, and we need to show our passports. I reach for the small bag that is slung around my shoulder - no bag. It had fallen off in the Uber when we got out. Fiance calls police. They are there within ten minutes. After two hours, and two more police officers turning up (!!??), they actually find it. Problem is - it is now back at the station. So, Fiance calls her Uncle, who had previously offered to put us up for the night, as we realised that the physical cash we have won't cover the hotel AND the train to Governador Valadares the next day. Her uncle picks us up, and we head to the Police Station to get my bag. We get to the door of the station, it is barricaded by a chair on the other side. Fiance knocks and calls out - a hand with a large hand cannon pointing at us appears out of the door. Luckily, my fiance was able to explain, and a minute later the same hand appeared with the bag dangling out of the door. I got my bag and passport back, and now I have a crazy story to tell. Looking forward to repeating this next year when we go back :D
@@gustavogoesgomes1863 of course it happens in the first hours of me getting to the country! As soon as I realised I lost my passport and wallet, I just wanted to go back home. So so so glad I didn’t, because as many problems as Brazil has - it’s still amazing. Looking forward to going back next year.
lmao that's insane, i've lived in brazil for 24 years and nothing like that happened lmao, why is it always with the gringos? the universe wants to give brazil a bad reputation i fear lol
@@kana7715 mano o cara chegou numa delegacia com barricada na porta e foi recebido por um delegado apontando um 38 pra ele, EM BH AINDA que nem é uma capital violenta, q poha eh essa KKKKKKKKK
@@gustavogoesgomes1863 I know! It was my first experience of Brazil. The police were weirdly helpful to me though. My fiance said "It is because you are a gringo". I didn't know what to think of that...
É foda que comidas q nós achamos tão "normais", quando os gringos provam falam como se estivessem provado a coisa mais incrível do mundo. Tem vídeo do post malone falando do suco de guaraná, suco de guarnákkkkkk
Lived in Brazil for a year, one of the best years of my life. I always tell my American and Canadian friends - you have to travel - go to other countries, see other things, experience other cultures! A lot of Americans or Canadians make the mistake of never even leaving their town for their whole life, not even talking about state or country. Once you start travelling - your mentality changes, you start to understand how other people from other countries think and live and things are no longer the same as they were before you started travelling. My point? Travel, and evolve your mentality! :)
Achivment unlocked. Toma cachaça carai😂🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷 bro if i living in são paulo i really give a hug nik. Im impress how you describe how easely can find lot a vegetation than florida or canada. 😂
I'm Brazilian and having tattos is not exclusively a metal thing here, there are people who don't give a fuck about rock/metal music and they have a lot of tattos (mainly rappers, funk singers and trap singers)
Sure thing! As an American flying in Brazil, you’ve got some rights, mufaza ! If anything goes haywire with your flight or your luggage, don’t worry-Brazilian consumer protection laws have got your back. 🛫🇧🇷✈️ 29:29
It's always fun once you're either at the travel destination or finally home. Gosh Brazil sounds awesome! The food...😊 Poor Paula has been traveling by plane a lot this past year!
Here in Brazil, if you go to the most expensive restaurant and ask for the most expensive dish, it will cost you somenthing about 30 dollars tops. For the people living here it's expensive, earning real is sad
Hell Yeah!!! Now we have a new Oliver Sykes!!! Hahaha! Glad to here that you had a great experience here! Come again there's a lot of places to visit!!! 🇧🇷
Lol. I've never laugh so hard as I laugh at plane part. It's typical here having these issues. But I'm glad that this didn't bring only awful memories or made your pass here one of your worst trips. And come more times to Brazil
