The disparity between the quality of the track and the quality of the cars is pretty jarring. They also seem to have pretty rough etiquette around the track but hard to tell from here, just some weird moments that looked like they could have been more safely and smoothly executed.
Why is their response in any way respectable? They promised the buyers/renters one thing and then did the complete opposite. They broke the law and don't care. That's not respectable at all. The buyer's stress levels have risen and the value of their property has fallen all because the government lied to them.
wait what , you dont get the Lotus Eletra in the states we got em here in toronto and rest of canada already seen 3 guess elon had a hissy fit like the pycho he really is and blocked their entry in america LOL
They had one at my local dealership to show to customers recently, I think it’s got the same issue as the emira where a new bill is making it impossible to buy because of some stupid California law preventing all states from buying them
It's weird here in India too. Lotus only offers the Eletra here. There are just 3-4 Lotus cars in the country but they were all privately imported. Another thing is that brought in as CBU (Completely Built Units) are taxed almost 150% the value of the car followed by 3-16% as road tax depending which state it's registered in. We also cant import cars older than 3 years from it's date of manufacture n if they're left hand drive. The only 2 cars that were given the exception to the RHD rule are Bugatti n Koenigsegg since all the Veyron n Chiron variants were all left hand drive only n Koenigsegg made RHD cars only since the Agera RS launch. They both got an exception since they were small volume manufacturers. Besides, the Govt knew that wouldn't really sell more than 1 or 2 cars here. But none have made it here yet. Koenigsegg launched here with the Agera S n Christian Von Koenigsegg himself gave prospective buyers a test drive. The Veyron famously got it's bottom scraped up on a speed hump.
Some of those liveries make me think of what a 13 year old might sketch with colored pencils. Very much different then the deference you see to factory or similar paint schemes on cars here in the US
It's like Ferrari's track here in Maranello... I know a family that lives almost inside the track, and they're so pissed by the sound... Actually i would love the sound of Ferrari at my house... so so insanely good!
not a fan of the livery on the P1 but I can kinda see where they are going with it, the SLR behind is bonkerz , I do like some haman stuff just hate those wheels and livery, but holy sh*t that martini livery 918, 918 is 1 of the best ride alongs Ive experinced along with his straight piped Enzo . Take away the livery and the chrome and maybe the P1 kit worx, but at the same time why mess with what the factory already made perfet aside from HDK kits GTR or the GTR LM variants
Never knew South East Asia barring Japan was big into hypercars n trackday cars until I saw Ferrari's FXX page a year ago n if I remember correctly the number of Chinese drivers in the XX Program n Corsa Clienti outnumbers US members. It was shocking cos the Ferrari NART people hold quite the power, primarily cos of the huge number of members in terms of normal Ferrari owners n those participating in the Challenge Series. That n the part that such display of wealth is supposedly frowned upon in China.
Man so strange to see this . Typhoon dilapidated empty track , all theses crazy cars . But the building are in shambles . Interesting place . Ita been a while since ive been to china
