The stairs off the kitchen was how Elvis would sneak down when the house was busy & he wanted to escape back to his bedroom.. we love Elvis & Graceland.. fan since 1974

I’ve been few times yes it’s truly beautiful, it should have been left in the style Elvis left it in , it was all red and black, would love to have seen it in its original decor

i was there in '97 . can you tell me what that room is there at the far left of the house? that second addition was not there back then.actually i don't remember that first additon on the left, but could be wrong thanks

@@alwayssme Hey :) it’s a little room where they showcase a short film about his life. i believe it’s only for the VIP tour. they have a collection of his stuff such as his personal wallet (or dad’s can’t remember) jewelry and a gun he owned i believe. really cool just to see the extra artifacts. 97, wow! that must of been a different feeling. Amazing! thank you for sharing!

My sister and brother in law lived in Memphis. When they did the tour of this place they were totally unimpressed and named it "DisgraceLand"...
