In 2015, I took a loan to build my mom a house. It got finished 2019 January. And in March they burned it, luckily my mom was not home😢. We lost everything. I paid up the loan in 2022. God recovered we bought houses. The same God will recover the Sadiki’s. I’m still attending therapy because it still affects me
@@mandyishername I do know or suspect but it is way to deeper than this. So can say it here. I was unable to talk about it until 2022. I’d just cry. I even got admitted for panic attacks 3 months after the house was burned. But I have improved, some days I just look at the pictures & feel better
If you have never seen such a scene, you may not understand. It traumatises everyone. I doubt anybody would risk their lives for clout. I understand why she would post such a video. She has an online community she shares parts of her life with, and this happened to be one of them. I just wish her family strength during this challenging time.
People must also remember that the video posted of House being on fire was actually taken wen fire was already reduced, not while burning....love n light to the family ❤

Guess the skeptical people considered 1. Why Builders Warehouse, Woolies etc. were tagged so quickly, suggesting an expected new home sponsorship. 2. The fact that there was a Post-fire Meet & Greet at MOA, the day after the fire. 3. How quickly Highlights/edits & uploads across all platforms took place.

This is so painful and to see how people are when others are going through hard times breaks me as a South African. We don't love our own but I pray that God will strengthen the Sadikis and restore what they have lost. Thanks for sharing queen❤❤❤

The problem I'm having with ppl saying why post this is that believe me, number 1 anyone who will have this footage, would have posted it and u would have gone to watch it.. number 2, if this was a production team and it's the Kardashians and are breaking down very emotional of their house burning, u would not be questioning why they are filming it. Number 3. If I'm constantly filming or recording my life and posting about it, happy and doing nice things.. now that this sad sad thing is happening, I should feel ashamed of filming it knowing very well that it's not out of character.. then why is it being questioned ??? Haybo guys! If anything it shows commitment and it shows how open they are and isn't it that this is the time they will need all the money they can have??? I bet u this.. if this was a reality show.. they would be interviewing them, asking them how they feel.. like making it as big as they can, cutting and retaking it and u would be there crying ur eyes out... I understand content creation and that we don’t react the same way as humans, but that video and the way they went about it also wagged my ears. Just my opinion. My heart goes out to her and her family 😘
I live in a Thatch estate, the whole estate is insured , we were advised to add lightning conductors , anti fire spraying , each home has fire extinguishers etc. Guys one of the homes burnt 10yrs ago because of Eskom ( load shedding fault / volt was too high ) anyway a very small portion of that house was burnt.just one bedroom the rest of the house was saved. I was also skeptical about our roof but I’m comfortable now our estate is 20yrs old and that was the only incident
And whether they post or not, the fact is that the house burned and life still have to go on. People should be realistic and not look for things that are not there. I love those twins and will definitely donate. Thanks Owami for sharing that people are different and react differently to situations.

Losing a home to fire is terrible. I pray that it be well with them and may God restore all they lost double or tripple. We are grateful that no one got hurt. 🙏🏾

But let's be honest ninjas, we all know your opinion would have been a little harsh and judgemental if it wasn't your friend, you would have asked the same questions people are asking 😅 especially the content part and H&M issue. But the house was burning for hours so this clip it was when the fire has beeb put down. Surwly they screamed ran around this was when the fire fighters are leaving it was all done and out. You cant scream the whole day

People record everything. Few weeks ago I was kneeling in front of my learner (comforting her)who had lost her mother. We were at the gravesite while they were burying , someone was recording with their iPhone . It was so uncomfortable to watch but I figured they must have been capturing for a vlog or something . Guess it’s the times we are living in. As for the Sadikis my heart goes out to them and I pray that they don’t lose their faith but wait on the Lord for restoration. They truly loved their house. The renovations and progress were exciting to see on Innos vlogs. God restores in multiple folds ❤️🙏🏼🫂

Very risky and even insurance for it is something else ..we had one burnt down in our neighbourhood it was so sad and it was caused by burning grass flying around only for bits and pieces to land on the thatched roof and start a fire
I pray they recover emotionally from this coz wow this is a serious set back .To think ive been so low key depressed coz each time i work on buying a home i get a lot of set backs to a point that i ask myself if i will ever own a home .I get so frustrated at times .So seeing people who had managed to build and this happens 😢
You'r right as a content creator you r like a on reality TV, as you r sharing with us your daily life. Thank you for being supportive and it could be they don't have insurance, not everyone has it. There r things of sentimental value that the insurance won't bring bavk, like photos, items used to belong to their grandmother or mother. People r silly. I also don’t believe that a person can burn their house for content or insurance. But I kinda believe that a person can burn an abandoned house to get sympathetic donations. So there are rumours that they were not staying in that house. Can you comment on those allegations Miss O 😢?

Besides the fire fighters had almost finished attending the fire, it is not like they were taking content rushing out of the house and trying to save watever, i am sure at that time they were advised not to even get close
Hi there. They can claim from insurance if they are covered under houseowners insurance, but that's if they specified the house to be Thatch roof and house owners insurance cover alternative living arrangements up to a maximum of 12 months with a monthly limit on the cost though. I so hope they are insured,its so sad. ☹️
Noko,dear I know exactly what you went through,i survived a stroke after that, all the memories i had with my children is all I have on my mind,no pictures of my son's upbringing or my daughter.

Really is a sad experience to lose everything,from just your fav cloth to documents to furniture....We pray for consolation
