Last month I made my way over to Tracadie New Brunswick to check out a line of modular homes that I wanted to see in person. While I was there I had a chance to tour homes, the factory and sit down with the CEO of Supreme Homes, Robert. Robert has been in the modular home industry for decades and talks about some of the changes he's seen over the years. Love the style, whole concept, and innovative ideas. PLEASE make a pact with SECTION 8 home assistance programs to help bring back the HOME BUYER'S program in the US and give us people with a good background of paying our bills and being a responsible person so that we can once again have a chance at getting out from under paying rent while watching our money go down the drain, when it could be giving us the possibility of owning our own home! 🏡

Again, like in the previous video on this maker, this is the perfect Modular home I've seen that I'd go out on a limb to get. It has the perfect sized living room and then gets better from there. Has all the features one needs without the sacrifices some others have.

Building them from the inside out as they, does make it much easier to insulate and seal all the openings. The homes seem to be very well thought out in construction and floor plans. 👍

That is a very good way to build them all together and then separate them. As he said if they fit together in the factory and the foundation is correct they will fit together perfectly on the site.

Well color me impressed! I liked the individual videos, but I really like the interview with the developer owner. ( I think they used 2 fridges to show that you could have an upright deep freezer as well as a fridge). Kerry good questions!! Thanks for my Thursday uplifting 9+ min video. ⚡🥶🖤🔔👍🏻🥰

I went back to rewatch the Fjord video. I still love it and want them to move south, even more after watching this video. I like the thought process behind their building. I would like to know if they could flip the layout of the Fjord and add gas (stove, tankless water heater). Also, do they have any plans to move into the USA?

I'm curious how they build in the factory joined, then separate to ship each half, then re-join on site. I get the theory to it, like the CEO described, but it seems a pretty destructive process only to then "fix" on site. Too bad they don't have a video of that factory to site join/un-join/re-join process. Also, this really needed separate model walkthroughs and of course prices, even ballpark/starting at numbers.

Trying to find a prefab builder that would ship an unconventional farmhouse on the East Coast to Saxe, Virginia. Are there builders in the area that will not cost me an arm and a leg in shipping? Your videos are beneficial, but why are most of the prefab/mod companies in the West?

These home look really great in the video. The designs are well done and cohesive with one exception: the veneer of stone on the facade of one of the homes. You know that that is a not a genuine stone build and the veneer simply cheapens the whole unit. This company is not the only to do this but regardless who slaps stone or brick veneers simply cheapen the look of the end products. Just stop doing this builders and home owners.

Are all of their homes Modular homes as one of them in the background looks closer to a manufactured home ? How are these homes in the long? How are these houses 20 or 30 years down the line do they hold up like a regular house or better ? Can these be remodelled like a traditional house, can I add an extension, build a second floor ? Do I have to worrry about removing walls ?
