ive commented before, id just like to thank Danny and the Team, i suffer with a lot of mental health problems and your videos really help for me coping mecanisms and ive seen every video from the start, thank you to you all, much love and keep up the great work xx
As the two guys said, the driver and passengers were seeking attention. Before opening the doors and squeezing out, they could have asked the driver to drive up or back so they wouldn't be squeezing past Danny's food. What is wrong with some people?
Dan the warmth of the public towards you is lovely ,I've followed you a while now and it was stuff like this that got us through lockdown and the constant fear pumped down our throats ❤
Looks great danny but the price is a big fat no mate £10 each at a push. Great interaction with everyone as always love it maye when you coming go Telford?
Danny!! I actually met you in peddlers last year when I was working on one of the stools! Was so happy to see you upload from cutlery works! I absolutely love the shawarma inside there, one of the cleanest tastiest I've had! I would be very very interested in you trying Church temple of fun and get your opinion on it as it's Ollie Sykes rock bar and it's all vegan! I personally am a meat eater and normally don't care for them but do quite enjoy the burgers in there!
Depends what type of pizza you prefer - thin with a large crust airy crust to me are the best, much better than the rubbish you get in most pizza chains. Maybe a little overpriced though, but isn't everything now days, especially quality stuff. Watch here, homemade pizza like this are the best - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LlrmaFmNdts.html&ab_channel=VitoIacopelli
72 plate BMW and the driver is denser than a fruit cake, all that space to park and let his passengers out, but it had to be right where Danny is sat doing his review, what a dope
Pizzas looked great but I've just come back from Italy and they are well under half price of these and even better. I make my own too so know how much they cost to make even using quality ingredients. The mark up is nuts. A decent burger for example costs way more to make but they sell for a lot less. I had an Italian restaurant years ago and if everyone ordered pizza or pasta I made a fortune, the other dishes had way less margin. Good look to them at least they looked quality.
yeah they look delicious but they don't look worth so much money. 15pounds is almost 18 euro here. but here we pay between 8euro and 12euro for takeaway pizza's
the problem isn't the 'mark up'. To create a sustainble model in hospitality in the UK today is so difficult. 'cheap as chips' ....'cost peanuts' ..... are no longer cheap items even at cost... of course you can make it cheaper at home...its not a rip off price its the price that allows independent vendors to exist in the current climate .....
@@POET444 not to mention people here forget everyone has staff at the new higher minimum wages that keep going up that everyone wanted, witht hat comes more future higher prices people think nothing gets more pricy as time goes on
The building you walked past on way to cutlery works is an old brewery. The land is earmarked for development into a hipster paradise. Apartments and overpriced shops etc…
They’ve made the crusts too big so the pizza has less room for topping. 15% saved on cost of topping ingredients for every pizza! Good for the store, bad for customers.
That's what neapolitan pizzas are like, tho. It's not like the store came up with this as a money scheme. And let me tell you; pizzas like these are delicious.
@@Pepi196I see your point but the pizzas you refer to are larger than the ones in this video. Larger crusts on a larger pizza is less of an issue because there’s plenty of space for toppings. A small pizza with large crusts looks kind of stingey. Maybe it’s me being overly cynical. It’s possible it’s just, to me, it’s kind of convenient how big they made the crusts on such a small pizza diameter…
@@Nooticus Please, I’d love to hear from an expert - as you clearly are! Teach, impart your great knowledge, Sensei. I’m eager to learn from you oh learned master! 🙇♂️ 🙇 🙇♀️
As much as I like a Domino’s once a month I do have to admit prices for pizzas in supermarkets are absolutely ridiculous now, you’re looking at £4 onwards for a fully topped pizza. With £10 I like to buy myself 3 Crosta & Mollica pizza bases in Sainsbury’s for £2 each on the nectar card. I buy Galbani Mozzarella grated cheese (180g) in Waitrose for £1.85 and I also get a free cafè Nero coffee when I take my travel cup after checkout and then I have £2.15 leftover for toppings.
yeah thats kinda what happens with economics and the push for higher minimum wages stuff goes up, see it everywhere people complaining about wages and when they arrive things go up simple economy stuff really
Frozen supermarket pizzas are dirt cheap and are the same as those in the chiller. I bought a double pepperoni pizza for about £1.70 from a well known German owned supermarket. I usually add a few things myself.
Been today and lasses pointed me in direction of this video. Completely agree with the 10/10. Better still they had a 3for2 offer on their Classic range. Brought the mushroom pizza and garlic butter home from wife to have after football. Highly recommend
They look lovely but not £15 lovely we have a pizza van near ours that does more or less the same thing £11, I get there are more overheads in a building, but then there are more customers also!
Got to say those pizza's look the bomb, Great cook for my liking, Abit on the expensive side, Would be good if they did Pizza and chips for £15 Great vid danny boy ❤
Been going here since it opened. It’s had some decent vendors over the years, but it was clearly done on a budget, it’s a bit grubby despite been expensive. There’s another one in Sheffield called Kommune. I’ve not been in a few years but it was a bit cleaner and a nicer place to be.
I lived near this place for nearly a year. Every time i had a bit of money me and my partner would come down here and eat. Before 5pm there did this thing where you can get certain stuff for a fiver. So I used to order something for a fiver and then pay full price for another meal
A great cheese & tomato with a few basil leaves is hard to beat, a simple ham & mushroom too. More toppings ruin a good pizza and improve a bad pizza. - I just thought of that! Those pizzas looked like the real deal to me. What..buffoon parks next to a bloke eating a roadside pizza to drop buffoons off who then squeeze past!!!
Mate….new to your channel and seen some amazing food cooked by people who care about their product…some great creative people….watched The Lobster 🦞 Pot in Liverpool 🤢💩…usually feel hungry after watching but that place….whoever recommended that 🤪
I get pizzas packed with quality ingredients right to the edge with just an inch of crust. They are tight with the toppings here Danny. I get the same size for, £10.80. You visited a Greek place in Huddersfield right next door to my local pizza place. The greatest pizzas ive ever had. Pizza Shack, Wakefield Rd, Huddersfield. Get there Danny. 11 out of 10 type food mate. Hope Sophie and all the kids are doing well bud.
Woolmarket in Doncaster Danny all different street food stall it's brilliant recommend Taste of Peru or Catsu for shushis if you go to woolmarket in Donny
Went here a few years ago and had to download the app, my mobile was slow and I thought I ain't coming here again downloading bloody apps just to get served. Looks like you don't have to download the app now so I think I'll be giving it another try.
@@globalworks6184Fried Irish Soda Bread, Potato Bread, Fried Beans (In Sausage and Bacon Fat), Fried Egg, Black Pudding or White Pudding (or both). Randy Santel loves them. Not the same as an English Fry Up more like a Scottish one as they have Tatty Scones which is Potato Bread.
@@margkropf5541 the problem is, if he makes it normal to pay £15 for a small pizza people start to think its right, people with families to feed can not pay this for bit of fancy cheese on toast, there are lots of takeaways who give great value and food but some think its fine to rip you off with prices like this
@@davidhayes9045 try it, you’ll like it. I’m from the states and a lot of the best pizza here has that. It looks burnt but adds great flavor. Comes from the high heat in wood/brick/coal ovens
Danny love all your vids even tho you beat me to my idea of a takeaway review on youtube.. could you please get an extra microphone so we can hear what the people you talk to are saying... 😊
