i have only waited for this person to upload video because i have never seen someone guiding , and teaching with proofs at such a level this is a real gem . i m very frustrated to see such a great youtuber with only 67.5k subscribers he should be getting millions of subscribers the amount of time and knowledge jack craig is putting in this channel . Thank you so much buddy and i have been following you from long time once again please don't stop guiding us .
oh darn, i wanted to create my shorts channel along with you as you mentioned in the video. but I don't see anything posted. I hope you start that challenge again, i need support and someone to follow and keep me motivated. (I love your videos.)
If the views are off... the content may be off. Checkout your engagements per video and ensure that ppl aren't just swiping away from your content. I just started and my channel is growing slowly but surely... about 50 subs in 7 days. Over 80k views. I'm also doubling down on vids that are working... and I try to replicate title styles and the other factors of videos that are working. Don't give up... be humble... change what isn't working.
Consistency is key just like the gym you aren’t gonna see gains in a month or two , keep going and head up this is what hard feels like this is exactly that feeling
Guys, listen, I was watching this guy 6 months ago thinking of starting out. I used his method, twicked it a little and made it ! Now over 100k subscriber in 4 videos and the silver trophee coming soon... Just thank you Jack, we should make a podcast and talk about experience with the people you inspired !
Bro can u tell one thing to me that while uploading the shorts what options did you choose Yes it is made for kids No it is not made for kids Or you do not choose only ???
Thank you for making this video and wanna thank that you are not like other RU-vidrs who just make fake videos for getting views and subscribers you have really helped and my another channel has got more than 300 subs and my video has got viral too thank you so much 😊
Jack, i just want to say, thank you for helping me on this journey, after 1 month, i have already reached 280 subscribers, and i have just started, as i was experimenting, my goal is to turn my youtube channel into a tennis bussiness, with videos, and shorts combined, i would ask you jack for some advice on my youtube channel, i have been experimenting and i want to see what the best is for my channel, i have tried edit shorts, i have tried your type of shorts, and i have also tried different themes in tennis, thank you so much jack, i will continue uploading for over a year, and i will tell you the results on every and each one, i hope i can turn this into a bussiness. Best regards jack!
Jack I'm really looking forward to your next video. I check in every day to see if there's anything new. I've also come to a stark new realization, and that is that it apparently makes sense on RU-vid Shorts to take a very old RU-vid channel that you've had for several years, on which you've already built up a history and use the RU-vid channel regularly just to watch videos. I haven't uploaded anything there for years and with the 1st short I uploaded to it I directly made +150 subscriptions and 7k views in one day. My goal now is to upload a video there every day to see how it looks in 3 months of constant uploading.
Yo bro thanks for this, I have tried one video in your style but haven’t quite mastered the editing I’d say and because of your channel I don’t think it’ll work but well done your channel looks great! 👍
It is not luck but skill. But the problem aspiring content creators have is that they think they have skill. This guy definitely has skills. He can write a good script. He can edit videos. He can read numbers and patterns. He can research. One other problem is that some of them think too much about their growth without thinking about what the audience wants. The main question is: Do you have skills to become a content creator that the audience will enjoy?
Great video, I’ve been making shorts since Jan and pulled in about 4 mil views but as of 4 days ago my channel is possessed man… no short being pushed out 😂 still gonna keep at it, I enjoy the process EDIT: a day later, video actually got pushed out. Just keep putting in work, it’ll pay off
My friend, I have a question. While my channel receives 3-5 thousand views, it has been receiving 3-5 normal views for the last week. So it is not recommended. Has RU-vid now discredited the channel? Should I open a new channel or continue until one of the videos goes viral?

Hey jack! Ive been trying a method, and i could ask for a rating on how im doing currently, im making shorts, editing them good, but im seeing bad results, the niche is gym, which is a good niche, i dont know why some of my videos dont perform good. Ive been following your guides mainly, and they have made my editing better, and also i learned alot. Thank you jack!
Hello Jack, you should start a dome for you service for providing viral shorts channel , you can easily sell those shorts channels for up to 1000 dollars , no one else is doing this and that’s why I believe you should start this
I learnt a lot from this video thank you Jack! What would you recommend for an upload schedule for gaming content? As I noticed on your "Ultrareal" RU-vid channel you posted every 3 days with a video length higher than 0:40. Thank you, Hope you have a great day.
Yep good find! I posted everyday 3 days because it was all that I could manage. Posting daily is the best... but obviously can be a high time commitment. And with my lengths, I always try make my shorts as long as possible to have high average duration viewed.
@jack_craig Thanks for replying. 😊 Do you recommend posting muiltple shorts like 2 a day? Or Just stick to one short a day? Because for a year and a half I've been doing gaming content (fortnite). I've been posting two daily shorts everyday consistently one at 9:00am and the second one at 17:00pm. Purposefully with a timegap atleast 7 hours inbetween for each to not conflict with one anothers algorithm when my videos peak. I found my shorts with the longest duration close to a minute to be the most successful, combined with popular music within the video and this method has been helping grow my channel with 1,000 new subscribers in the past 7 months. Not much but I'm a small content creator trying to get started. Recently I've ran into a roadblock with RU-vid and I need expert advice. I missed a week out of my schedule due to studies and my shorts performances have taken a huge hit. They used to get 2-3k views for 4 months straight and now they get 400 views maximum for the past 2 weeks. Its as if I started a new RU-vid channel and RU-vid is trying to find my audience again. I haven't changed my upload pattern since I returned to uploading daily and I've kept all my keywords/hastags themes for my niche the same. Maybe I need to change something which is obvious for my niche or my niche is too competitive. Anyway any words of advice would be much appreciated. ❤️ Personally I found with my experience of RU-vid. Is all about consistently. But unfortunately I think I lost my RU-vid seed audience boost so I get no views now...? 😕 I'm now putting alot of time and effort into making my channel great again but it's hard when all my shorts now cap at 400 views regardless of watch time retention and improvements I make to them. Sorry for such a long question, anyway I cant thank you enough for your detailed videos how to become successful on RU-vid. If you could help me out quickly how I could improve my content creation that would be fantastic. 👌🏼 Thank you ❤️
@@jack_craig Ok, I'm gonna try Uploading one short a day as a last resort to revive my channel. I plan to do durations around the 55 seconds mark and make my shorts as engaging as possible. Hopefully this may help RU-vid recognise and promote my shorts greater (more individually) in the long-run compared 2 shorts for little views in the short-term. I see lots of other creators within my niche post muiltple times a day even 3 times and still get 1,000s of views. But I guess those shorts don't then become viral like 100k to 1mil because the algorithm receives them as spam, as the creator posts too much and their shorts only gets pushed out a little due to their already exsiting audience? Is my understanding correct? Quality over quantity? Or is youtube more of a race and you just need to upload as much as you possibly can. Because I've seen on a variety of channels. Channels who post less often then result in higher overall views. So the temptation of Uploading too frequently is not worth it? Thanks
Hey Jack, I hope you are fine. Your RU-vid video content is amazing, you just need to improve your RU-vid thumbnails. I'm an expert thumbnail designer with 4 years of experience. If you need my assistance then let me know. I would like to improve your thumbnail designs.
Great work man, very clever niche and execution. I also started my gaming channel a few months and its real tough. This concept is genius to get started, what program did you use to generate Ronaldo's voice?
In the first few shorts I posted youtube recommended my shorts and I got decent views but, after a few shorts youtube completely stopped recommending my shorts. Can you help me identify my problem
Extention to my one comment - The only problem for now jack is that i cant find my first viral short, my shorts do get views consistently and i never got a short that actually got no views or barely any, but at the same time i can barely get a viral short, or a short with over 100k, thanks.
2:08 dude! great find analysis! this month ive been creating new accounts just testing niches. the weird thing was ,the shorts where not pushed out! i wondered why...i think this could be the reason?! will test and check
