I take it, that the first guy was a security guard, wow he must have got out on the wrong side of the bed, grumpy and being rude and saying he's going to lay AB OUT, he can't talk to members of the public like that in any way shape or form, I'm sure who ever he is employed with, would not be very happy with that kind of behaviour. I was once told at didcot train station that I couldn't split a journey with different tickets, oxford-didcot and Didcot to reading if reading was my final journey, unless I buy all tickets from Oxford. She tried to ban me from buying the remainder of the journey when I got off in Didcot to buy!! I literally only asked why the dicot to reading train was cancelled and mentioned ticket splitting.
