Great area for boating with the family and lot's of boaters showed up Saturday. From the young and adventurous to the rich with the big rigs. The swim area is enticing to the day trippers and those with youngun's on the south side of the lake. Several people were fishing from the shore near our campground. So you could easily kill time with kiddos doing that.
Check it out if you are in the area. Garland Style approved.

Oooh, I like this one! Dear friend, how do you find these places? I really don't know. I tried to get in Palo Duro but its booked till Mid July. Caprock Canyons is closed ...opens July 1st. Thanks for the tour. I keep reading about record RV rentals and sales and am wondering if you've noticed more difficulty finding good spots.

Right now, no issues due to COVID but it is getting harder now in summer. We aren't picky about places to stay really being able to go without hookups with our solar setup. But in summer time, we really do need electric for AC. So it may prove more challenging. The key is to camp anytime except when school is OUT! :)
