Hi Malvika, I never and I mean never comment on anyone’s video but this time I’m compelled..it feels like since you were pregnant our journey has been exactly the same (except the separation part and I’m sorry about that) but dude like literally our daughters look almost the same, her b’day is 1st may n yours is 10th even though our pregnancy journey started at the exact same time..the feelings you have about your body, I was and I am the same size as you pre and post pregnancy.. I have the same thoughts about letting go and just my body be, I follow intermittent fasting, I believe in manifestation too, infact I have the same thoughts about coloring my hair..my daughter also is going through teething..its just so mystical that everything synchronizes so much when it comes to our babies and the motherhood journey..hope you have a good time today and forever!😊

Its heartbreaking to see bad comments but I am happy to come across your videos talking, expressing. So many comments just shun down on expression when they can just choose to ignore. As Dr Gabor Mate says those women who stay in unhealthy marriage and express about it than those who dont express are happier as they express the emotions the bad the good, dont repress it and wont get as much autoimmune diseases. The society which only accept express good happy emotions are avoidant and cintinue generational trauma to their children of not accepting all expressions of emotions in their children or intimate people. Depression is caused by repression of emotions.

Mals try any mosquito repellent fabric roll on. Apply it on backside of her dress just a drop will do. I use it on myself and it really works 😊
