Most people are saying that they can't see or hear a difference. I noticed a difference right away, but it isn't bad. Just different. If you don't invest in a new, expensive camera, it won't stop me from watching. Save your dollars :-)

Visual looks just as good. Audio is just a little more ambient. I had to turn my speakers up a little more, so maybe use the Rode mics with the iPhone for just a little better audio. But I come from a professional AV background. So I'm pickier than the average person that probably wouldn't notice lol.

1. Cell phone video looks great! I can’t tell the difference. 2. I ship quite a bit of art, even up to $1,000 pieces (mostly $125 - $$400 range). To ship a picture that has glass over the piece, use several pieces of painters tape on the glass to help secure it, help reinforce it to prevent breakage, and for safety of the receiver in the event it breaks in shipping. 3. When shipping paintings that do not have glass, cut a piece of parchment paper to cover the painting surface BEFORE wrapping in bubble wrap. Bubble wrap on the surface of an oil or acrylic painting can leave bubble prints on the paint. Love your channel!!!

Sound and picture is perfect on my TV. You are my favorite resellers to watch on RU-vid. It is so refreshing to watch a couple who so obviously love and respect each other. You also seem to show genuine interest in those you interact with rather than doing it "just for the deal." I would love to see some footage of your VBS setup this summer since we have seen you picking up many of the items on your show.

A noticeable difference in quality and focus. The video is hazy around the edges ( it's impossible to keep fingerprints off the lenses). The auto focus on iPhones doesn't look great. Overall quality looks like it's shot in 720p and most TVs/phones run 4k or 8k quality. Iphones throttle quality off and on in the background even if it says "recording in 4k." Sound is no different

Minor difference. Focus is not as good, slightly yellow, sound is a little bit quiet, but still clear. Phone is totally fine.

I see the difference-color isn’t as vibrant and like someone else said the sound is a little muted/different. It’s still OK, just different. Why not use your Go-Pro for these videos too, or is that the camera that’s on its way out? Put that eBay banned picture on your website, or in the booth. 😊

Generally phone is good ( resolution maybe slightly lower, but nothing major), but when you do closeups it is not doing a good job adjusting focus so the closeups are blurry.

The video and audio quality are fine. Take the money you're saving from not buying a camera, and upgrade your cell phone plan/carrier. You shouldn't be running out of minutes or data doing what you do...EVER! 👍

Phone just as good if not better. You guys. Check and see if you have any play it again sports in your area. They buy almost all sports related things like that tennis racket bag. Almost any sporting goods you have listed over 1 yr I would unlist and any see how much they'd give you.

Julian and Kayla, I just recently started selling on eBay, I wish i would have started about 15 years ago when I first thought about it. I'm 62 now so not as easy. I do have a question, does it always take a hot minute to list an item? I dont know if maybe I'm slow now or what but sometimes it might take me 45 minutes for one item. I used to do "piece" work and was very good at it, so I hope it's not me lol. You two are my favorite people to watch you have the best personalities. Oh yeah btw your phone looks and sounds fine to me. 😊

I had a lot of trouble finding where the custom sku was. I finally, after many months, found that I needed to go to " manage active listings". I have so many items listed that I have to hunt for when they sell now, because I did not know how. Now I do, but if I had only known, it could have saved me lots of time finding things that sold. I look forward to each video to get entertained, agood belly laugh, or valuable info. Keep 'em comin'.

I emailed y'all through the website about those red and black New Balance shoes - needed to know what size they are - and I didn't get a response! Audio is fine. Video is not as clear as the camera you had before, but still totally acceptable. I think the phone camera focuses up close a little better. Hope that helps.

I think it is important to let people know that when you first start, if you don't pay for a store, some options that you talk about are not available. Such as custom skews, store sales and categories for your items.

Camera makes you look hazy with a little yellowing around edges, cant hardly hear you or kayla at all, might want to use another mic with it. The focus isnt nearly as good.

The audio is great. The video is a tad overexposed. Its something that could be fixed in the phone setting or in post. Dont buy an expensive camera, they bring their own issues. Just, keep it simple. The phone is great

I like the pic quality. Seems brighter than your usual. The red might need turned down a bit, or you got extra sun this week. yeah I accidently listed something twice. Picture clear but audio is a bit quiet. Cell phone is just fine but maybe increase audio when recording since you are a distance apart. Sure to enjoy your videos. I've watched every one from the very beginning!

The only issue with the phone is that I cannot read anything you put close to the phone. Other than that no issues with your video. Can you try to explain to me about flat rate shipping versus calculated shipping? I’m so confused! The employees at my post office refuse to take time to explain clearly
