Doing a chaos draft with that bulk buy, and then making one or two decks from it for yourself first helps soften the blow, too before shipping out the remains to someone else. I’m also a bulk buyer myself, not digging for value. Just the cheapest way to get tons of cards for me to finish out my set cubes with. Always thinking of ways to extract value. I also remember what people are paying at starbucks for coffee then a bulk buy never feels like a fail 😌

yeah, it's played in a few decks. it's about 60c TCG market right now.

There are some playable cards in there for sure, especially for casual tables. Kids learning to play the game will get a kick out of them, or you could do a limited format with the bulk cards, that might be fun too.

Poison tipped archer is amazing in any sacrifice or token deck. I once killed the whole table by flashing that sucker out while I had about 85 tokens and was getting board wiped. 😅

gambled on a comic book lot last week and received it yesterday, came from a smoker's house so hands were nasty after throwing out the bags and boards, but got some nostalgic books from my childhood. Worth the price? doubtful but made me smile. At the start of the video.. best of luck!

the worst is when you find bug carcasses or the results after someone spilled their lunch in the box... I haven't won a magic auction in months but I tend to bight (assuming no rares shown) if there's lorwyn era stuff...

I know less experienced sorters will occasionally miss pre-modern rares because they all look like commons...
