I won't fry mackerel anymore! I make this recipe almost every weekend! Simple and delicious!
Recipe 1:
Mackerel 1 kg.
cut the fillet.
remove unnecessary parts.
remove the skin.

remove fish bones.
vinegar 9% 100g.
Water 200g.
mix well.
leave for 30 minutes.
remove excess moisture.
Salt.
black pepper
Grain mustard 1 teaspoon.
bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
Sunflower oil 50g.
1 onion.

juice of 1/2 lemon.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
mix well.
Leave to marinate for at least half an hour, preferably overnight!
Recipe 2:
5-6 potatoes.
cut out as in the video.
fill with water and rinse.
remove excess moisture.
vegetable oil.
1 carrot.
cut into cubes.
1 onion.
cut out as in the video.
50 grams of cheese.
grate.
200 grams of mushrooms.
grate.
mix cheese and mushrooms.
salt.
black pepper
oregano.
add the prepared mixture.
