I'm mildly allergic to mohair so wearing this would be a slow descent into itchy-eyed, runny-nosed madness. But I actually came here to say that the reason you weren't overheating in it is because wool is very breathable and wicks away moisture (which creates a cooling effect) and is nearly as good at keeping you cool as warm

It’s because of you and Cristine wearing these that I decided (a thirteen year old with too much free time and a distinct discomfort with social interaction) to knit one of these myself. I learned how to knit last year, and I have now produced a giant sock of my own. It was not an end goal of learning how to knit, but rather an afterthought. I was rewatching either yours or Cristine’s video on the sock and thought to myself, “Oh! I know how to knit! I might be able to make one of those!” And here we are today, swaddled in my creation, watching the very videos that inspired it. And they say the Internet is a bad influence. Love you, your videos are amazing!

You always make me laugh, but moreso this time. Every time you showed the shedding on the dark inner layer it made me laugh harder. The cat running off was a bit amusing as well. Thank you for bringing me laughter. I really need it right now in my life. I love this thing, whatever it is. A tube dress/infinity scarf/ tube sock/ sweater thingy... I guess... But it seems warm and cozy/comphy. I think it should be done in 100% acrylic so it won't shed so much and maybe the cat would not be so intimidated by the shear large cattyness of it!!
