Wild. For a 1st gen product, it’s insane what Apple has pulled off. Sign me up for the 2nd gen Vision Pro.

A lot of Vision Pro videos I’ve seen a lot of folks unboxing it and basically talking about what it can and can’t do (yet). You went the next step and went through with everyday life while wearing the Vision Pro, which shows and gives a unique experience.

this video is important, decades from now it will serve as archival footage of how life used to be. idk if this was inspiring or dystopian, but it’s the future for sure

Haven't been this excited for a *new* wave of products. Did not know how VR would work in the real world, but with how good the first iteration of this is, I know the future will interesting

7:58 I never thought about this before, but the Vision Pro could be the missing link in mall directories, making it much wasier to navigate the mall, possibly by highlighting the oarh you are supposed to take. The apps and websites online already do this, but imagine the directions being overlaid over the actual mall. This could help many shoppers who hesitate to visit rhe mall due to navigation fears and/ not being naturally inclined to going to malls (getting lost easily)

This product is so interesting. It's not executed very well, and there's not a ton of uses for it yet, but 3 generations down the line, everyone on earth could really have one strapped to their face. Awesome video, my firs ton your channel. Consistently entertaining and I love your takes on how the VP works. Subbed.

I can't wait for apple to figure out a way to get this experience in like a $500 pair of sunglasses. Atleast for me, that feels like how we'll end up replacing our phones- a lot of NA already seems to have moved away from calling anyway.

I’d love to replace my desk and triple monitor setup for a less sedentary option. The crazy thing is that it seems to be already possible if I capture HDMI from game consoles to a Mac (say, mini) and AirPlay it to the Vision Pro. The rest is just apps inside VisionOS. Unchained from physical displays and their fixed sizes.

Honestly, this video makes me more excited for when this gets lighter and less expensive, because stuff like using a virtual map of a mall and using a virtual map to get to a location is really cool :0

Sorry if someone else already asked but another reviewer said you can't walk and have a window/app with you. Supposedly they just lock in place. How were you able to keep it open and moving with you?

Use only when stationary, relaxing, on a plane, working at a desk. When commuting, a phone and a smartwatch is safer and more efficient.

A point to consider when you wander around by yourself with the Vision Pro is that you're wandering around with a $3,500 device on full display to anyone who doesn't have good social habits.

Not gonna lie. It seems pretty awesome to take a 100” monitor to the coffee shop. I’m warming up to this.

Instead of using a static cheat code for bowling, there could be an app that provides live instruction on the Vision Pro with augmented arrows and suggestions for the best shot down the lane, including spinning the ball.

Now there need to be more apps for real uses cases like this. When I go pick up groceries, I have my phone in pocket and take it out every minute to check the shopping list. I also have headphones on and play music. So wearing a VR and the shopping list is just next to me, makes it maybe a lot easier. I think you need to get used to this, so you are not stressed. For example you had to drag the list, because the app was not made for it (looked quite funny). If the list just can be fixed in front of you based on your position, it makes it much more easy. You also cleaned your room. Some showed a use case like a game collecting coins. This would be much more fun. Real use cases now need to be explored and to make boring tasks in day more interesting like gamification. Thanks for showing and trying this.

The more I see people wearing this outdoors the more I doubt humanity.

They need to find a way so that you can pin your "grocery list" to the cart you are using. or how about machine learning all the items your picking up and giving you a running tally of the cost, or calories, etc... this could take off!

As someone with cerebral palsy and low vision, I can definitely see going to the grocery store with a list like that by the way, did you know that if you bring an app like safari really close to you you can touch it just like you on the iPad? Just thought this might be helpful

I love the concept. I do have a meta 3 wanted to see some reviews before I ordered a Vision Pro.. I just can’t get over that using my phone to doing these things when I’m out will be much easier then something on my face. I agree with other RU-vidrs that this is new so there’s tons of hype, within a few months it will be sitting collecting dust… I may be wrong. But still ordering y I ask because I am to invested in the Apple ecosystem lol
