Zoeman you need to get into an industry with higher ceiling. Like a trade plumbing, electrical , truck driving. I feel you man this country doesn't care about the middle class anymore. There is rampant income inequality.
Getting into plumbing/electrical past the age of 35 doesn't seem much worth it, to become a licensed electrician it takes 4-5 years of on the job training where you don't make much then you have to buy your own tools, work boots, put wear and tear on your vehicle going to different job sites pay for school (which you have to do 1-2 times a week at night for 4 years) pay for the test you have to take after completing school pay for new tools every so often that gets lost/broken/outdated buy something to transport your tools in like a packout and those arent cheap
@@mikec4487 agree but he has to start somewhere and if not that then something that will get him where he need to be faster. As we age no ones going to be able to continuously work 4 jobs so I pray he finds his niche job where he only has to work one.
@@Lazirus951 not sure but if he s barely getting by shelling out $8,000 for trade school and devoting 2 nights a week to class cutting into his current jobs definitely wouldn't help at all
I work 2 jobs. A ft and a pt already between 65-70 h/w. I do consider doing Ubereats or a side hustle in the future. People who said invest which most of us already did 401k/IRA/HSA/HYSA/real estate. But what they didn't account for is marriage and kids. Grind while you're young and able to. You can't go back in time to grind. His kids are his motivations. Stay strong!

brother they say whatever you do, be the best you can be! in my eyes you are doing what you need to do with a healthy mindset towards it. you can complain and be victim of your life. you are doing what men need to do, just take care of your mind and health along the way. cheers to you helping me stay on the grind

I'm unsure what to tell you but don't be discouraged. I worked at least two jobs for several years. But I don't have any significant debt and I have a high credit score. I paid off my student loans debt. It can be done. I only stopped working two jobs because of the pandemic. I didn't owe much left on my loans at that time so it was easy to pay them off because I had income from my ft job and there was no where to go. I'm glad I did that hard work. I'm in my late forties and I work one 9-5 now. I'm no where near wealthy but I've been able to hold my own, save, travel, help others and I have some nice things. I love having weekends and evening free but I may get a part time job to save more money for retirement while I am relatively young and able bodied.
My neighbor bought his house 4.5 years ago, he was an Amazon driver. People didn’t take advantage of the low interest and low prices like they should have. Much of it is fear of debt and not being educated on personal finance enough to know when to take the leap. But hey, you’re not the only one working several jobs now. Keep ya head up. Economy is going to get worse with new wars unfortunately, idk how long you’ve been here but one thing you’ll learn is WE THE PEOPLE foot the bill to protect other countries. Try to cut back and find something that helps you better. It’s going to get tighter with the way things are looking. Sad that everyone’s struggling so much
Facts there is nothing out there worth while for people who don't have a skill. It's bleak rn for unskilled labor jobs more than ever. It looks like a lot of them are being eliminated.
I agree that people should get skills but even those with IT skills are being laid off.... I honestly just want to own my own garden at some point. Life is really difficult.

You’re happy and feel blessed but you hate it? You like being free but yet you’re working four jobs? Question: do you HAVE to work four jobs or is it just something you want to do to have more money? Hard to imagine feeling free when all your time is consumed with working - where’s the passion for doing what you want and the things you enjoy in life? Sure, there’s the obligation of being the man, but you’re still just a person and life truly is short..
Why not get a full time job with lots of hours instead of a bunch of part time jobs? You are probably burning a lot of money in gas going around to all those jobs. A full time job and a part time one sounds better.
I hate a 9-5. Im more of a entrepreneur. A full time job let’s say I get paid $20-$30 per hour, mowing I can make $200-1000 a day. Entrepreneur the way. I mow my own business, freelance videographer, delivery gigs. I don’t say I wasn’t making money just didn’t like it in a position I work 4 jobs
