Getting into the Crossfit game recently and thought no better way then to get some top tips from the OG Sam Cubbins
went through multiple exercises and did a 3 round conditioning circuit which i managed to delete but it went like this
8 DUMBELL SNACTHES
8 SIT UPS
8 BURPEE TO BAR
X 3 ROUNDS - TIME 2.49
so Sit back, relax and watch me have no idea what im doing
