TÀU HỦ BÁNH LỌT- A small cart with a lady selling tofu dessert for over 20 years. Rich with lots of added pandan aroma, this tofu dessert was one I actually preferred. Also doing a few types of Che I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to eat her white bean che. Not too sweet and just right to start the day!

Quán Hủ Tiếu Mỹ Tho Thanh Xuân- This place is full of history. What I once thought was going to be a tourist trap, only to find out that it is a unique and delicious Hu Tieu. Over 75 years of history and no surprise with a crab sauce like that covering this Hu Tieu, I bet they could be open another 75 years.

Quán Bún Thịt Nướng Cây Mận- You come here for the Nem Nuong. Wrapped in sugar cane, this sweetened and tender nem nuong is a melt in your mouth experience. The grilled meat is okay, but for me, it is all about ordering more nem nuong every time I come here.
