These are the 3 Physicians I listen to, Wouter Schievink, M.D., Linda Gray, M.D., and Dr. Ian Carroll. I never saw them, I had a blood patch unrelated to my headaches, and as soon as I had the patch all of my headaches disappeared. This took place in New York 11 years ago, and no one could give me a straight answer back then, so I started the research. Everyone needs to share and ask friends to share this information about spontaneous spinal leaks actually causing their headaches. It can save so many people. I wanted to end it all. I got lucky. I still post 11 years later.

46:40 Thanks for uploading this video. It’s all great, but that anecdotal piece about the cumulative improvement from repeated patches on her osteophyte-caused leak was info I haven’t found anywhere else.

46:40 Patient had repeated reoccurrence of CSF-L but each after subsequent fibrin patch (8!) and reoccurrence, she was left with a cumulatively residual, and enduring relief! Multiple failures and multiple fibrin glue patches eventually resolved the disabling CSF-L

Hello and thank you so much for taking a look at whether imaging really catches things. Every imaging I have had is "normal". I have been diagnosed with NCS (Neurocardiogenic Syncope) and Dr is still testing but thinking complex migraines. Dr ordered lumbar puncture for suspected IIH bit guess what, opening pressure was "normal but at high end of normal" at 20. I know that's opposite of what you're talking about but I really am desperate for a Dr who really looks into things. I also suspect a connective tissue disorder as I have many markers but haven't found a Dr yet for that. My question is, are csf problems related to only POTS, or could they be with NCS and other types of dysautonomia? I have read several studies that say NCS and POTS aren't mutually exclusive, and commonly coexist, and as you point out so well, missed or misdiagnoses happen.
