How very kind and thoughtful of you, in the UK 🇬🇧. We love your Country, and send our Deepest Condolences to you, on the Loss of your Wonderful Queen Elizabeth ll. 🕯💐 . G-d Save the King 🇬🇧. Kindly, a Florida gal who have always loved the UK. ⭐️🧡⭐️🌸🌷🌺🇬🇧
Take it from a Louisiana resident that's had the eyes of 3 hurricanes go over within 50 miles of my home. This thing will cause major damage in Florida. If you have a power saw sharpen it. If you have a tree that may reach your house when it falls, cut it down now!
Yeah, I live in Sarasota and we're preparing. I went through Andrew in Miami and Charlie in Punta Gorda, as well as several lesser, smaller storms. This one looks bad, and it popped up out of nowhere. I've never seen one in my 53 years form in the Caribbean and track into the Gulf like this. We have had so many people move here in the wake of c-19 that have never experienced a Hurricane that don't know what to expect, and some MSM outlets are really cranking up the scare tactics. This was a good report, some of them however are causing near panic. The grocery stores look like the storm went through them; bare shelves and scared people. If you live here and are thinking of evacuating, DO IT NOW. Don't wait, I know people that went through Charlie in a car on I-75. Don't do that. Remember that emergency service personnel will not deploy during the storm. If you are worried about a medical condition causing injury then leave. Don't wait to "see what's going to happen". These reports are all just educated guesses, no one knows exactly what the storm will do. A Hurricane is the most awesome, powerful force you will likely ever experience. Be prepared, use your head and stay safe.
Never been a Hurricane but wanted to while in Florida 30 yrs ago but my X said I was crazy. I have seen and been in a F4 Tornado inside and then seen the devastation outside. I just wandered until seeing reporters falling, hit by street signs and pelting rain in a hurricane is not a good idea
@@kj3n569 Yup here in Grand Cayman we just dodged a bullet from Ian. If you are in a low lying area that could flood or close to the ocean and may experience storm surge get out now. Staying does not make you a hero,
Our prayers are for everyone that might be in the path of the hurricane. With that being said, I also thought of the people evacuating to a safer location. I also thought about being in the bottle neck of traffic and driving an electric car. There are gas stations coviently located every where, but charging stations would be a major problem. Just a thought!
This for the people of west cuba Fir great is Jah and most worthly of praise, he is to be feared above all man For all the man of nation are idols But Jah made the heaven Splendir and majesty are before him, strengh and joy in his dwelling place Ascribe to Jah o families of nation, ascribe to Jah glory and strengh He is to be feared Good morin One love.
I get to say goodbye to my house, my car, and my future career... what do I get to say hello to? LAWSUITS, LONG WAIT TIMES FOR BASIC NECESSITIES, & NO MEANINGFUL FUTURE WITHIN A DECADE.
Please everyone if you have pets do not leave them behind. If you are unable to evacuate with them, then call your local rescue or shelter! God bless you all!!
Native Floridian here! I moved 10 years ago to NY after spending 40 years on a 7 and then a 15 mile barrier island. My family and friends are still there. Praying for everyone on Ian's path! I do NOT miss these storms!
This is gonna be bad folks. How long has it been since a hurricane hit this spot?? Look it up. It's been 101 years... I hope they are prepared.. I think this one is going to be bad..PRAYING FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Just relax, smoke a fattie and have a drink. You'll be fine. I went through both Andrew in Miami and a solid dozen storms over the years. You'll be fine. Chin up.
Right now is the time to prepare as a last chance. If I lived within a 50 mile radius of Tampa, I would just leave the area and head north! Please stay safe 🙏
Please be prepared. , & you will be alright. I have lived in Florida over 60 years.. please just have candles, water, stay in between a hallway , have non perishables food . along with securing your outside items . :) ⭐️🧡
This going to be DeSantis’s big paper towel moment. If you have a family member who lives alone or in a nursing facility or adult in group care home you would be smart to evacuate them yourself. He has already guaranteed to avoid responsibility and blame the most vulnerable victims he has neglected his entire administration.
They are in fortified buildings that can take a good beating. Unless it's flooding. During hurricane harvey, some news channels got flooded. There was one where they lost everything and only had one reporter reporting in the field from a truck.
Have we crossed the point of no return in terms of damaging the planet? There is no such point. We need to trust that our thought, which is our greatest quality, can change nature. We only need to understand the direction to which we should aim our thoughts. What should we think about? What condition or state should we aspire to and ask for? In order to save our planet, we should think about positive human connections. That is, how can we, in our connections, keep nature safe? How can we all together protect our world? If we truly wish to better our planet, then we should see people holding a concern for how to positively connect everywhere that we look. It has nothing to do with recycling or other activities that we commonly associate with as being sustainable. If we come closer to and consider each other, that we will reach an entirely organic, perfectly connected and round state, then the negative forces will disappear from the world. We need to understand that if we start thinking better about each other, then the planet will recover from all harm, because our thoughts are the strongest force in nature. Likewise, our negative thoughts about each other are entirely to blame for damaging the planet. That is why the more we recycle and invest in energies and activities that we commonly think of as being sustainable, the worse our planet becomes. Nothing will work to benefit us until we reach a state where our attitude changes toward each other for the better to protect and improve our planet.
@@tet7497 he flew them there with not a word to at least let the local officials in Massachusetts and Martha’s Vineyard to receive those people, you ppl always seem to forget that part and the part that the weren’t in his jurisdiction cause they weren’t in Florida, the were in Texas. And he spend millions of tax payer maney on some publicity stunt, that backfired tremendously so yeah, DeSantis deserves the worst, but not the Floridians…I hope people will make good decisions and be save. I’ll be praying for my neighbors that they weather this without much damage.
