@@ganeshg4531 Once you become part of Civil Services, you are bound to government rules and regulations which have to be according to Constitution of India... Principles of Constitution should guide you in performing your duties...and regarding works, MLA is not authorised to involve in administration, atmost they will pressurise you to listen to them in all means...There are lots of examples, we can learn from them and be ready for the challenges (bound to)... don't worry these situations are like thorns under the flower 👍👍😇
