Metaphase do not have a prophase. humare track pents me ek rassi hoti hai (Nara) and uska koi kam tab tak nehi hota jab tak hum use pehen na le and jub tak hume ye na lage ki pent thora dheela ho rha hai....usi tarah se prophase me centromere to hota hai...but wo jaakar sirf attach hota hai...uska koi significance waha nehi hai....but metaphase me it has to pull the chromosomes towards the central plane. so no centromeres means it will be disturbed
