I was at my local guitar center a couple weeks ago and they had the js140m same color and everything. I picked it up and played it and it felt soo good. This was one of those guitars that fit like a glove and you instantly know. I'm not a Satriani fan whatsoever but I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I went back yesterday to get it and of course it was gone. I would definitely want to change out pickups because I'm a metal head. Love that color too.

From production quitar has this bridge pickup: Pickup Quantum, Bridge, Flat Black, Nickel PP, for any saddle pitch (52.5mm). Is it possible to replace with a pickup DiMarzio Satchut 8 (pickup string spacing F)? I'm worried about the different pickup string spacing. Ibanez bridge pickup has 52,5 mm and DiMarzio Satchur has 51,05 mm. Which pickup DiMarzio do you recommend for Ibanez JS 140M Soda Blue? Thank you for answer.
The dimarzio mo joe should do just fine I've seen other 140s with that pickup. Also if you want to replace the neck pickup the Satch Track by dimarzio will work too
I'm not saying avoid it just try and play one before you buy it or have it setup when you purchase it. I just happened to get one that had those issues you may not have the same experience
