I'm an ibara main I've learned that you should only use the gamma if it's like dabi or someone who'll revive other than that you should level up your beta first for close combat and areas with walls

U truly didnt see me play Ibara, as long as it is 1v1 Ibara can win most matchups, the real problem is 2 good players against her or full team against her, but on 1v1 she shines as long as the game doesnt decide to bug her alpha or beta

I appreciate the long n' thought out comment. I've read it all n' will give you my genuine reply :) "You were being an item gremlin for the first 2 games & you failed to back up your teammates": - If I don't have any enemies near me, then i'm grabbing items. I'm not going out of my way to go & fight losing situations, rather than being properly prepared. To speak about backing them up, for game 1, knowing when to rotate is EXTREMELY important. Something that's frustrating is when people don't know when to rotate and decide to stay and fight. I'm Ibara, what do you expect and ibara to do if said teammates decide to stay in an area early game with 3 other teams around all fighting. Run across the map to their rescue? no. Just as I did, I ran away from the 3 people near me off rip, followed by collecting the items I could. The MOST I could do as for "backing them up" was getting the team shield that I did, trying to help them in that way. I still needed them to rotate. I then ran towards them, the Toga died, and the Baku was being chased. During that chase, I aggroed the Bakugo. I'm not going to be able to out run Bakugo to try and save my Bakugo with a revive. I was at that point, locked into my fight, to which case I was winning. My teammate(s) had already put themselves in a bad situation, I can't cater into that. So, the trade was them taking my teammate as I took theirs. Following that, I was then in survival mode in order to eventually get all of them back up. - Speaking upon game 2, this goes right back into catering into dumb things. It was not futile to get that chest while another team was fighting. That's the whole point, another team was fighting and occupied as they were RUNNING AWAY from us. Why in the heck did dabi WILLINGLY RUN TO THEM and aggro them. No, you CLEARLY SEE ME GETTING THE CHEST and y'all are level 1. Again, why in the heck would you not sit back, get the goods out of the chest, stack up, and then roll out. With that kind of dumb decision, i'm not playing into that kind of thing. Moving onto talking about fighting the fleeing toga, HE DIED bc of his dumb decision to start the fight to begin with. I looked in his direction and correct me if i'm wrong, but for both times, "R" did not pop up for me to revive (the only time I didn't revive when I could was with Todoroki. the reason for that is bc i'm not used to using my special action with other characters besides kendo. this can also be seen in my froppy video. I take note to it & correct it in future games). That dabi completely threw the game for us as the Todoroki didn't attack and stayed back with me trying to loot. They then tried to get away since we both got hit, from the dabi bringing attention to us. So he died, yet again, but that wasn't even his fault. Considering allllll of that, I was left with no choice other than to play for myself. - As for playing in the Storm, there's always a risk to playing in the Storm, as anyone of course at any time can press you. Ibara has 400 hp & i'm well seasoned with staying in the storm to manage items and buy time. So doing it with Nobara is no different than doing it with Kendo. You call it a "stray gold chest" but where my head is at, is if I can afford to cook in the storm for a little bit longer for the sake of my team, then i'll do it. Notice I didn't instantly use those level up cards, those cards were for them, followed by me getting the chest and getting them even more set up. - Saying that those first 2 games were on me, i'd have to heavily disagree. The only slip up I had was not reviving Todoroki in the beginning since I was too focused on fighting. Other than that? You're expecting me to make up for the poor decisions of my teammates. "i understand that all of these things worked out in the end but doing them in the first place or continuously doing risky plays like that when play IBARA of all characters is the reason you lost so many games today. not your teammates, not Ibara, not anything else....that was all on your brother" - You have to realize where these risky plays even stem from. It's usually bc my teammates are dead and now I have to not only survive, but also try to set up my teammates to be healthy upon revival. It doesn't matter the character you play when it comes to making risky plays, they have to be done no matter who you are playing. If you're low on hp but you managed to get away, however you have to go into storm to hide from someone spotting you as you pull off a team full? THAT is risky, yes, but that's the name of the game. The risk vs reward. The risk is getting caught, dying, and your team being left with no heals. IF YOU KNOW that you can survive storm until the very last tick, so you walk into the storm to team full and avoid being spotted, that's a risky, but good and smart play. So correction, it was on my teammates mostly, as Ibara also needs a team that can hold their own.
