Iberostar Selection Ensenachos Activities & Review | Santa Maria Cuba  

Hey big fella, we like Manzanillo. Just learned that Sunwing is landing at Holguin for Manzanillo. The bus ride is a tender 5hrs one way! So you get 10hrs on the bus. Plane arrives you board the bus and get to resort at 1 in the morning, you just ate a day of the trip. Likely will shut Manzanillo.

Looks beautiful! I was worried after reading the reviews on Tripcentral but you've changed my mind! I'll be adding this resort to my 'To-Do' list!

Hi Mike, It's Henry again. We just got back from the Ensenachos we had a good trip. Nice resort getting a little worn but still beautiful. Keep up the reviews and trips we enjoy them. We started recommending people to watch your channel before traveling to Cuba and elsewhere. Next month we are heading somewhere not sure yet. Going to watch your videos on Asia. In exactly 13 day at this time, I should be arriving to memory caribe.for a lovely vacation and celebrate 20 years together with my wife and our first real honeymoon. Seeing 10 years ago, we had destination weddings in dominican, as much fun that it was with my family and friends we never really had a honeymoon. We will fix that this year 😅. Just 10 years late lol. I also really wished we were leaving today when woke up and temptress in Cantley Quebec was a boring-15 celcius.

We've done random resorts in Cuba over the last 6 years, and found this one to have the nicest beaches, we stayed at Coral level (better food and service) but the beaches at the main resort are much nicer. Don't forget, if you're staying on Coral side,you get a free 30 minute massage. Keep up the good work, my wife and I love your videos .

I recently discovered your channel and I subscribed, I love your content! Were there any excursions that went outside the resort? Ie. exploring Havana etc. I know it’s far, but curious if they offer anything like that. Thank you

Hi Mike, We just booked the Ensenachos for next week. We been to Cuba around 20 times and this will be our third time since Covid. Really enjoy your videos. Prices have really dropped this week for Cuba. I'll let you know how things were at the resort. We know what to expect as long there is coffee it will be fine. Enjoy you new adventure to Thailand can't wait gor the videos.

Thanks for posting this Mike. I have never been to Cuba before and after reading reviews on this resort I am concerned. When did you go and have you experienced food shortages or bedbugs as the reviewers have posted about?

We are planning our first trip ever to Cuba for 2 weeks and are tossed between Iberostar Ensenachos Coral Club or Varadero. We are in our early 60's and love to snorkel and just relax by the pool or beach. I have watched several of your videos. You do an amazing job. Did you notice if there were any excursions available to book.

We are planning a trip to Cuba in August and can’t decide between Iberostar Selection Ensenachos and Diamond Club at Memories Flamenco. Both are the same price. I’ve seen your videos on both resorts and they both e tick all our boxes. Not sure if you have any insight otherwise it might come down to a coin flip. Cheers!

Quick ‘opinion’ question… trying to decide between Iberostar Selection Ensenachos or Sanctuary at Grand Memories for a 5 day getaway with my 21 yr old son on Dec 15/23. Any recommendations on which resort might be better suited for a fun loving 20 something? Any advice appreciated.

Hi Mike! By any chance do the transport buses come equipped with a bathroom if not, are we able to use the bathroom at other hotels during pick up/ drop off? That is my biggest concern with booking in Cayo Santa Maria. TIA

Is that the coral or selection side?

Does Santa Maria have it’s own airport? ..and how long I’d the bus ride that you mentioned?

Is it allowed to fish around the area or maybe walk a little farther?

Can you give me your secret on how to travel all the time
