Ryan sorry bud not my favorite, way too much clutter, views to the back looked rough, HOA very very high. Looked dated also. How old is that building?

Hey amigo! Sure everyone will have different decor opinions but that is easily changed:) The HOA for all that you get is actually very competitive vs some other buildings and the IBIZA continues to be one of the more sought after buildings in the area. It is less than 5yrs old and the grounds and amenities are maintained 7 days a week which is another nice bonus. But no worries if this particular one isn't your specific cup of tea, you know we always bring the best to market so you will continue to find others you like with us! Yes beautiful sunrise in this direction and still wonderful ocean views! If you would like afternoon sun then you still get plenty of light in this condo of course, but the main pool deck is stunning and a great place to suntan in the afternoon if you wish. Other than that, the Pedro Balda neighborhood is one of the quieter in the area, much quieter than other areas in contrast. Thank you for your support and have a great evening!
