Walang kwenta ang pag disburse kay attorney, grabe kayo, mas pipiliin pa ang mga kriminal o ang mga magnanakaw kaysa totoong attorny dahil nag expose.

Causing should have just then lawyered up and executed a proper filing of his case in the court, not posting his draft in the social media for public trial.

There is a reason why facts are being tackled, deliberated and judged accordingly in the courts. Causing should have just made a proper filing of his case rather than post his draft in the social media for public trial. As disbarment is an administrative case, substantial evidence is only required. Causing having a prior, likewise did not help him on the matter.

Bakit si atty. Ang dapat mag bago na nag post lang yong mga nag corrupt ininingatan pa na di mapahiy, na dapat sila ipahiya para di na umolit at pamarisan ng ibang nagbabalak magnakaw, para naman mabawasan ang magnanakaw kung may kahihuyan pa sila nakakahinayang...

@@rosaborata4931 Bilang abugado, alam ni Causing na mayroon tayong tamang proseso sa pagsampa ng kaso at yun po ay sa korte at hindi sa social media. May nilabag po siyang ethical standards ng IBP kaya siya ay tinanggalan ng lisensya.

Una, iba po ang case ni Gadon kay Causing. Pangalawa, repeat offender na po si Causing kaya nabigyan siya ng kinauukulang kaparusahan. Pangatlo, nakapreventive suspension pa po si Gadon Jan pa last year.

Nagkaroon na din kasi ng kaso si Causing dati at nabigyan ng kaukulang kaparusahan. Ngunit siya ay umulit at nagdulot ito ng pagkaalis ng kaniyang lisensya bilang abogado. Ibig sabihin, nabigyan na siya ng pagkakataon na huwag nang umulit. Ngunit ginawa pa din niya.

There is a correct venue in telling the truth when it comes to dealing with accusations and it is in the proper courts. We don't ferret out the truth with regards to criminal cases in social media for public trial.

Why was he salty then when he got disbarred, if that very license is the embodiment of lies and corruption? Are you now then insinuating that the correct venue to try criminal cases is in the social media for trial of publicity?

@@kuyab9122 did u have @ least 1 instance u could prove atty.Causing published a lie?the Prople's Journal would not made him editor if he's a liar cuz I was once a subscriber of that reputable newspaper.everyday ocurrences are posted in all tabloids w/ comments & conclusions narrated...is it trial by publicity or an expression of press freedom???🤔🤔🤔

@@noelabarquez1970 I'm not accusing Causing of lies. I was trying to ask a question from your claim that the Philippine Justice System is corrupt and that the courts are a venue of lies. Since Causing was a lawyer, from your argument, then he must form part of the corruption and lies? Also, being an editor of a reputable media outfit does not automatically mean you can't afford to lie or defame. There are numerous editors and media personalities that have taken advatage of their power as journalist to destroy other people's dignity and reputation. Freedom of the press does not grant you the freedom to write whatever you like to destroy other people. That's why there are ethics, laws and procedures to abide by so that order is observed. If only Causing's draft was properly filed, he would not be in this predicament in the first place. Having a prior violation did not help him too.

Bakit po ninyo nasabi yan?

Hindi pa po akusado ng plunder yung tao. Draft palang po yung pinost sa social media ni Causing. Sana sa korte nalang niya finile manapa para hindi siya nakasuhan ng disbarment.
