This is a super plan. Pre colonial India was a cotton based economy which had them more prosperous than the invading british. Burkina Faso can start marketing their cotton now in the US and the Caribbean. The African diaspora in these areas would have a real source of cotton fabrics, instead of the fabrics from asia. African style fashions is now in vogue. It is the right time for this as our models are very much in demand. This would generate high end employment in the fashion industry.
African nations take notice this is what true leadership is about good management and bringing jobs to your country and your people and building your own wauconda.
