It really works guys. I didnt even know this was a hack until this video. I rub my belly all the time when my ibs is bad and it really helps. Pushes the excess gas out relaxes my muscles. :)

your eyes look scary! but cool. wonder if you have any advice on my issue.. I think my enemy is Smithii. I have had the same IBS lump in the same place for over 20 years. before I got it, I was mostly eating pot noodles and kebabs (was a starting a business and sleeping on the floor) kind of life at the time, then I moved to france and pretty much only ate bread and pre cooked meats as the food was alien to me. then I got food poisoning, then IBS forever. I am now completely plant based and sometimes fast a little bit but it has not helped much at all. As of today and my latest round of learning, this is my current tactic I intend to commit. Triple dose rate of probiotics, focusing on acid producers, fasting and water kefir. The plan is to starve my gut biome for an extended period whilst also offering constant massive reinforcements of the good bacteria, with water kefir as pauses between fasts. I am hoping that this may deal with Smithii quite agressively. However I do not think this is going to do anything at all to the fact my own body is now targeting my proteins that look similar to the one in Smithii. Biomimicry is insidious. :(
