I understand that NCLEX doesn’t test us on brand names, but I think it’s pretty important to understand which brand name goes with which generic name of these drugs. In the hospital, they are often referred to by their brand names, like Zofran for example. And just in regular life it’s important to know which generic name corresponds to which trade name we are familiar with. I wish you would add that. For memory tricks etc.
My doctor wants me to try Creon Pancreatic Enzyme for chronic IBS-D even though I don't have any pancreatic enzyme deficiencies, and my pancreas's working fine. It's a bit of an experiment..... Does this sound right and what do you think about this?
