The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for top Russian commanders Sergei Kobylash and Viktor Sokolov for alleged war crimes committed in Ukraine. The two face charges of attacking civilian targets including Ukraine's electricity infrastructure.

He has been seen alive, on several occasions since then. Including at a football match and last month when rumors alleged that he was about to be replaced by Sergei Pinchuk. Do your research. Don't rely on half a year old rumors.

@@Bajso84 No, it was not. It was filmed in October and later again in February... At a relevant football game that was happening then. They didn't reair an entire football game. RFE/RL reported this too. You think they are lying? Do you think the ICC is lying?

Its a shame that these criminals havent been bought to justice. Bucha and all those other disguting crimes have to be bought to justice,but chance of that is perhaps doubtful. Those innocent civilians died for nothing,because of Putins Ego. Bless all those innocent victims.🇺🇦❤🇺🇦😢

@@pacpac-je1ow "Interview"? Please give us _source, date_ and _title_ on information about that "interview". A translation into English will suffice. The only thing I've seen published was footage of Solokov giving medals to his football team which has been proven to have taken place a couple of days _before_ the attack. And it's no wonder that he was alive before the explosion that killed him.

@@larsrons7937 Search for it yourself. Even CNN and the BBC did not say that this general was killed. I do not know where you are getting your news from. You can see this news (an arrest warrant for the two generals) on Western media and you will not find anyone claiming that he was killed
