Five Israeli and foreign officials said that Tel Aviv is concerned about reports that the International Criminal Court is preparing to issue arrest warrants against its top leadership. Two of the five Israeli officials stated they think Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might be named in a warrant. However, they were uncertain about who exactly would be charged by Hamas and what crimes would be cited in their arrest warrants. This comes as far-right allies of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are raising pressure on the embattled leader to reject a new Gaza ceasefire, jeopardizing his government's stability if he backs away from an assault on Hamas in Rafah. The International Criminal Court ( I.C.C.) in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Russia's Putin just days into its war with Ukraine when the Russian army (accidentally they claimed) bombed one unevacuated apartment block in Ukraine. The I.C.C. issued an arrest warrant for Putin within 48 hours of this incident. So where is Israel's Netanyahu's arrest warrant?! There is no email address or telephone number online for the I.C.C., but there is an online P.O. Box address. We should all write to the I.C.C. to ask it why it is has shown such blatant double standards.

Israel is a country calling itself democratic, civilized and one that fulfils it's international obligations such as protecting human rights, preventing genocide and it can be held liable for violations of international law. Personally, I think indian government overreacts many times, but interference goes both ways . Canada's prime minister and politicians have regularly interfered in indian domestic politics, especially if it's related to Punjab, while it also accuses indian government in meddling its elections. He criticised indian government during farmers' protests but was suppressing Canada's trucker movement like an authoritarian. You can check how many times Canadian Prime Minister interfered in india's domestic issue in comparison to indian counterpart. You can't be hypocritical. From an individualistic point of view, I don't care whether Canadian citizens are protesting violently or non- violently for khalistan or any other movement until it does create chaos in india. Who knows, in the future, khalistan may be created in Canada itself since it has large vacant land, which would be better in comparison to Punjab due to climate change
